Front reception now resembles the DMV. The patient areas are crowded, so you can hear everything going on with all the patients. At one point in my procedure the staff was talking to each other between the rooms about a diet plan. I needed a crown. The experience was extremely painful. At one point the dentist used a saw and plier like tool to break off the temporary crown and pry it off. I was very upset and started crying. The dentist looked and me and said "I don't understand why you are upset, I do this everyday." They were uncaring, rough and insensitive. Do NOT trust them with your dental care.

I recently had a situation where I had an absessed tooth and ultimately had to have it pulled. I now have a bridge that literally looks like a work of art. I can't tell that the "pontic" is not my natural tooth - they matched my tooth color, got everything ready for the final install and it really, really turned out great! The front desk staff are also licensed dental assistants - something I didn't know until just recently and they are very helpful and truly DO care. When I was in distress upon finding I couldn't save the tooth, they gave me some great information on bridges and implants and took the time to go over both options. During the processes of getting the tooth pulled, to the preparation for the bridge itself, and the final installation, they were right there to guide me every step of the way through it, and it they made very sure I was comfortable with my choice. The only real thing I had to overcome was the Novocaine shots during the process, but once I was able to get past those, it really and truly turned out well. Appointment easy to make and staff was helpful. Meeting with Dr Elias for first consult (thinking that a bottom wisdom tooth also could be taken out), he was very calm and explanatory. Back a few days later for surg and, again, staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn't even feel when Nurse Tiffany (I think) put the IV in. It was time and Dr Elias came in and said this initial sedative was just gonna be like having two beers. Well, he don't know ME, now, does he? HA Laid there for a little bit with clock in front of me but didn't even notice it. In what seemed like 5 minutes, he said, "That's it. We're done". I couldn't believe it. Out the door in less than an hour. Kewl. BUT, in addition, about 5:30 last night, our home phone rings. I answer and it's Dr Elias. Asking how I'm doing. WHAT? Who does that? What Dr does that? I could hear kids on back ground so he musta been home. Impressed, I am. Anymore of this type of work is gonna be done here, no doubt. Kudos to all here

They were very courteous and professional, and they had dentures that we could afford. They in no way made us feel bad that we couldn't afford something better. Everyone was so nice. I used to see Dr. Jeffery Siegert there, then he retired and now I see his son Dr. Tyler Siegert there. I have had to have kind of a lot of dental work done over the past several years, a lot of it due to childhood cavity fillings gone bad. The Siegerts have always managed to get me in ASAP to deal with an urgent situation. Everyone is so nice, I always wish that I could chat for a while without having the tools in my mouth! The only bad experience here was when I had to have a cracked-all-the-way-down tooth pulled, I really should have taken the option of going to an oral surgeon on that. But that's more about me and my tooth pieces than it was about the dentist. Dental work can be scary and uncomfortable at times. The people in this office really do their best to provide competent, caring, and timely service.
