At one point in my procedure the staff was talking to each other between the rooms about a diet plan. I needed a crown. The experience was extremely painful. At one point the dentist used a saw and plier like tool to break off the temporary crown and pry it off. I was very upset and started crying. The dentist looked and me and said "I don't understand why you are upset, I do this everyday." They were uncaring, rough and insensitive. Do NOT trust them with your dental care.

I recently had a situation where I had an absessed tooth and ultimately had to have it pulled. I now have a bridge that literally looks like a work of art. I can't tell that the "pontic" is not my natural tooth - they matched my tooth color, got everything ready for the final install and it really, really turned out great! The front desk staff are also licensed dental assistants - something I didn't know until just recently and they are very helpful and truly DO care. When I was in distress upon finding I couldn't save the tooth, they gave me some great information on bridges and implants and took the time to go over both options. During the processes of getting the tooth pulled, to the preparation for the bridge itself, and the final installation, they were right there to guide me every step of the way through it, and it they made very sure I was comfortable with my choice. The only real thing I had to overcome was the Novocaine shots during the process, but once I was able to get past those, it really and truly turned out well. They were happy to charge me at the end though for the appointment, and schedule another for the cleaning (at an additional visit cost). I declined and will not be back. Highly unprofessional. Most recently, I spoke to some centralized 'patient services' call center and spoke to a man who, though very polite, was frankly unintelligible. She booked me for teeth cleaning and then I didn't get that done ever at all.
