If I could have chosen 0 stars, I would have. I've been going to this dentist office for many years, maybe over 20 years in all. The last couple years, it's gotten worse for many reasons. The good visits or incidents with the staff USED TO BE more often good than bad the years prior, but the last couple years it's the COMPLETE OPPOSITE and my anxiety is so bad just coming here to this office only...nowhere else in my life over these last few years has caused me this extreme anxiety to need to take xanax just to enter their office! I had many years with little to no anxiety issues going there, with exception of the front desk employees that have always been an issue. The front desk (main lady you would interact with EVERY SINGLE TIME you go there) is the most CONDESCENDING person and SHOULD NOT BE working such a primary role in a position where you have to deal with customers first hand. She's almost always been this way since I've known her for over 20 years I've been coming to Dr Jenn & Dr Mack Greder, unless you very rarely catch her on a good day when she's not (less than 5 times in over 20 years going here). She was so rude and condescending when I called to ask her about an upcoming cavity filling that I recall getting done in the same area on the same tooth they said needed done in 2 weeks. I was just trying to inquire if this was the one they did last Fall (just over 5 months before) to see if that cavity filling itself had an issue that I was asking if it would be covered by them (if the exact same spot, which I suspected as they did a cavity filling and worked on that exact spot on the tooth in question just 5 months before), only to be treated so horribly over the phone. And her exact words she said to me were, "I can't explain this to you over the phone because you don't understand the correct terminology, so you just need to come in the day of your scheduled cavity filling to have it explained at that time." When asked if she could just have Dr Jenn Greder, who I've been with for over 20 years, call and explain it to me over the phone when she had a chance (because Dr Jenn Greder has a WAY BETTER BEDSIDE MANNER & talks to people with respect), she condescendingly said, "no, she can't do that." This caused me to cancel my upcoming appt for the cavity filling, and I will also cancel all future appts with the dental office now. I will be switching dental providers as well. Nobody should be treated this way!!! Nor should an employer keep any, especially tenured employees employed, if they are always so negative and rude to customers. They impact your business in a very bad way when they are the person the customer more than likely HAS TO deal with everytime they reach out or enter your business! Another previous issue I had with them was when I had a cavity filling 5 months ago. I requested to have as for that appt to calm my nerves. They told me they needed to know ahead of time if I was sure I wanted it or not as they had a pregnant hygienist working, which was totally fine, so we scheduled it during a time that they said was when she would be out of the office on her lunch break so that I could get it without interfering with her health and schedule. When I came in for my appt at the scheduled time they told me would work best for that employee, this same condescending lady who works there told me that the employee was running behind with their client, but originally was set to have her lunch break then but "someone" scheduled an appt during my scheduled time with another hygienist so she was late to go to lunch now (not my error...theirs).She said that I had to come back "maybe" an estimated 30 min later to try to do the appt then. I had made childcare arrangements and agreed to come back despite my appt time not being kept for what they planned, but I still did the appt...but over 30 min behind schedule. Thankfully my childcare provider was still available and that I didn't have another appt soon after or I would have been forced to rescedule due to their inability to keep the scheduled time correct for the appt. Also, at the cavity filling 5 months ago and almost EVERY SINGLE APPT I have went to over the last few years, I have to take a Xanax or two in the parking lot before I go in to calm my nerves. This office and especially that condescending employee have done their toll on my nerves. I don't need to take Xanax ANY OTHER TIME in my life for the last few years EXCEPT to go to THEIR OFFICE for teeth cleanings, cavity fllings, and to just walk in and buy more toothpaste. And EVERY SINGLE TIME, this same employee tells me I just need to relax and to take Xanax but then every single time I say I took it, she says you know you can't drive when you take it and you really shouldn't be taking that. You can't win with her! This same employee has left between a $100-200 credit on my acct for YEARS without issuing a refund check or even letting me know I had a balance! read more

Dr Mack Greder has been a superb dentist for my family and myself for over 15 years. I called him last Saturday evening with severe tooth pain and he simply said "meet me at the office in 30 minutes." He solved the problem that night and saw me again on the Sunday of a three day weekend. He has gotten a my pretty bad abscess under control and expertly doing a major root canal effort. I am totally happy and confident with him and his staff. Additionally, I have a low tolerance to pain. Mack and his staff have kept me pain free all of these years. A client for over 10 years, I never ceased to be amazed at the care, caution, and confidence the Greders bring to the dental experience. Drs. Mack & Jennifer and the awesome staff make the easy days (get a regular cleaning), and the rare but important days (replace a 45+ year old now broken bridge with a new one --- that looks so much better than the old), as pleasant as possible. And as a techie, they definitely have the coolest. If you need a dentist, they're the best! read more

Called and explained to the person that answered that I would like to know how much removing 3 wisdom teeth was going to cost me out of pocket and if my insurance would cover anything. She said they would get back to me on Monday. I said to her that if it is a substantial amount out of pocket I may have to postpone the procedure. She immediately started laughing at me and I asked her as to why she was laughing. She said she is a happy person and asked me if I was not happy. I told her no I'm not happy when someone is laughing at me for no reason. She continued to laugh so I simply asked her to cancel my appointment and told her I would go elsewhere to have the work done. Now I'm happy. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Greder and his staff. They have gone above and beyond with my dental care - even making arrangements that fit my schedule. Who does that? These are not only first-class people, they are are professional, compassionate, and operate in a friendly environment. i must say this, they pirated my old Dentist that was in his group they must have cut him loose, and then went after his clientele because they assigned me an dentist i didn't want and expected me to accept this as law. When i found out my dentist wasn't even there anymore i thought it was kind of shottie of them to not explain this to me whenever i would call for an appt. Then the funny business started. they are the kind of dentists that tell you that you need dental work done that you don't. and if that is not bad enough, they tell you to bring your money with you to pay for it the day of service, which i hadnt ever had to do before, and then they tell me it will be 5 grand! to do two root canals on two molars right next to each other. FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS??? YES. I HEARD RIGHT. then i knew i wasn't going to be doing this and went somewhere else only to find out i need ed 1 root canal, for $750.00. quite a difference between the two. so they were going to drill out my root on a tooth that didn't need it just for the money. and then the nightmare started with my daughters visit. she was there to have them fix a filling that had partially fallen out from their work they had done not 4 months prior. she was just 17. i knew they were going crooked so i was leary to even send her in but it was their work they needed to repair! and do you know what they told her? "she needs a root canal". and they did it!! I WAS LIVID! they would do anything to line their pockets and stop at nothing to do so. i couldn't believe they had the nerve to pull that after i had discovered what they were capable of. needless to say they screwed up my daughters tooth to the point of a law suit was floating in the background just ready for them to have to answer to this on a legal base. if you must hit them with a suit to make them understand what they are doing is wrong, then i would not have hesitated. as it was, i had went in there and said i think you know i am due a refund in full of all the work done on my daughters tooth. and they politely wrote out the check of the amount initially fabricated. if they hadnt done that, i would be writing about the law suit i had been awarded. i think with business like this one, who needs crooks? they lie, they intimidate and they suck. read more

Like many people, I was afraid to go to the dentist. However, my recent visits to the Greder Dental Group calmed this fear. Dr. Jennifer quickly relieved my anxiety with her friendly smile, infectious laughter, and professional skill. During a three and a half month period, and numerous office visits, she performed extensive reconstruction on my teeth. At no time, did I feel any apprehension at returning to Dr. Jennifer's dental chair. In fact, I looked forward to Linda's greeting at the front desk, scheduling appointments with Erica, preventative maintenance with Claudia, and discussing treatment options with Jen. They kept me informed on billing, scheduled visits at my convenience, and gave me a voice in my treatment plan. But perhaps most valuable, was talking Husker football and Blue Jay basketball with Dr. Mack. I want to thank the outstanding team at Greder Dental Group for making a potentially painful process a pleasant experience. read more

It starts with the passive aggressive waiting room. NO MAGAZINES OR NEWSPAPERS. Haha, yo patient, you don't need to do something healthy and fun like reading to keep your mind occupied while you wait, this office thinks you will be happy staring at a fish tank or reading a bunch of dumpster worthy cookbooks from 1972! Next, you will have your teeth x-rayed TWICE because (and you know how much you love those implements in your mouth) oops, the dental hygienist forgot to turn on the machine! Finally, you will incorrectly billed for two fillings, when you had a simple teeth cleaning. Whew, what a mess. read more
