Here is what I will say about this facility: Can they do good work? Yes. However, even the most experienced and talented injectors can and will make mistakes; and, then you are left to deal with the morals and ethics, or lack there of, of the facility or injector to correct it. In my case, I was left with an uneven and lumpy face and out thousands of dollars that I had invested in having filler placed, over time in my face. I was offered a partial refund for my services if I signed an NDA, which I will attach to this review. I will note that due to the cost of services, many others who have had a bad experience may have choosen to sign an NDA in exchange for silence and not leaving a review of their experiences. I did not accept the NDA because the refund was not for the full amount and I felt obligated to share my experience here as to hopefully prevent it from happening to another person. PLEASE NOTE: it was only after I told them I would leave a negative review and share my experience that I was offered a partial refund. I went to the Chicago location in July to have filler placed in my nasolabial folds aka smile lines. When I left, i immediately noticed that one side looked worse and lumpy. This is not my first rodeo with filler so I waited a couple weeks and when it didn't go down, I went back in and was told to massage it. I waited a few more weeks and massaged and it still did not go down. I went in and the injector dissolved JUST the side that was lumpy. I did not know it at the time, but that was a mistake. If you dissolve one side - you need to think about the other side. Went back in an attempt to even it out and gave time for the hyaluronidase (filler dissolver) to work. They injected it in places around my nasolabial folds as well my nasolabial folds and it dissolved other filler that I had previously had placed (and spent $$$ on). My face was still uneven. I went back again and Tatiana convinced me that my face was not uneven (it was, but she has a way of denying reality to the point that you agree) and suggested PDO threads in my smile lines. I should have said no and learned my lesson from my prior experiences - but nope, I went along with it, like an idiot. The PDO threads made my face more lumpy and made my smile lines worse. I called and made a follow up appointment to discuss my concerns and find out how to correct this. I had spent so much money and always thought I should continue to work with the same injector to correct any issues. All the while, I was walking around feeling embarrassed of my face as it was obvious that it was uneven and to me, I knew it looked worse than my initial concerns. The day of my appointment I was told that Tatianna was leaving the office early and asked if I could reschedule. Later that day, I saw on instagram that Tatianna had left the office early to go on a dinner date when she knew who I was and why I was coming in. I wanted my face "fixed" after walking around feeling disfigured for months (uneven filler + PDO threads). When I later talked to Tatianna on the phone about this she said that she told the receptionist to reschedule with me due to it being too soon for me to come in as my results were still settling. However, that is not what the receptionist said when they called me (leaving office early) and her instagram photos I will post shows she clearly left early to go to dinner leaving me to continue to walk around with a botched face. I called and told New Image Works my concerns about my face and Tatianna cancelling my appointment to go to dinner. I told them I wanted my money back for the PDO threads and the filler that was put in that I had to have dissolved. I was told because I signed a form saying they do not give refunds, they would not give me a refund. While I understand I signed a form, given the above, I think it is pretty obvious what the right thing to do would have been. Tatianna did call me personally. She offered to have me come back in so she could look at it but would not admit, ever, that there was anything wrong with the way my face looked or that it was uneven. After coming in several times and my face getting worse and worse each time, I just wanted my money back. They offered a partial refund for a signed NDA which was not only insulting but I morally could not bring myself to sign it and not speak about their lack of ethics. Even though it has been corrected the best it could be at another facility could - it is still uneven and lumpy and not the same as it was originally. I can feel the PDO threads in my face still months later. It is devastating. As I told Tatianna, while I am not a celebrity, this is my face! I know the angles in the before photo isn't exact same pose and the lighting is different but there is clearly a difference and make no mistake, my face is jacked up. I started coming here from a friend's recommendation and I am SO glad I did! I had been to a few other places before in the past but was not satisfied with the techniques and appearance I was given as well as high pricing. I've also seen Lilah for all my skin care needs. I've had BBL AND IPL lasering and several microneedling rounds as well as dermaplaning with her. My skin drastically improved in appearance and texture and I went from having to wear foundation all the time to being completely natural and bare and feeling confident about the appearance of my skin thanks to Lilah. The front desk staff is always sooooo nice, friendly and helpful. I absolutely adore them. Ana, Kai, and Michelle are just awesome! I was looking for a place to get some filler and Botox done. I did my research because that is very important when getting any work done. I booked my appointment which was simple and easy with the help of their front desk team. Marisol answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable with the procedures I'd be getting. I was always insecure about my acne and my sister had referred me to this place. They personally called me to remind me of my appointment which i thought was interesting. Most places will just send me an email, but the call was a really nice touch. I felt important lol. I walked into this place not really knowing what to expect. As soon as i walked in, i was politely greeted by the front desk staff. They asked me if i wanted coffee or water. ( A nice welcoming if you ask me- I went with the freshly made, flavored water.) My estheticians name was Lilah. She informed me of what i needed to do to fix my acne problem. I really did learn so much because of her. So then I went ahead and did a "custom facial" which was specifically designed to fit my skin needs. It was really relaxing and i really like the fact that she casually talked with me so i wouldnt feel uncomfortable. Im not a fan of silence. I scheduled a kybella session after exchanging a few photos with Virginia and I couldn't be MORE grateful to her for NOT giving me that kybella treatment. Following serious weight-loss and having excess skin on my neck, she suggested that I save my money for a more effective treatment after evaluating my neck in person. By truthfully telling me I wouldn't see the results I expected, she saved me so much money on a wasteful treatment and gained a forever client. I got my lips done a couple months ago for the first time by Tiffany, who was training at the time and was being led by Tatiana. I was more than happy to model for Tiffany and let her do my lips! I'm so glad that I did because Tiffany did such an amazing job. She was so gentle and Tatiana was there making me and Tiffany feel comfortable the entire way. I was dissatisfied with the way my smile lines had been developing over the past few weeks. Fortunately, I managed to secure an appointment with Julia, who is the sweetest and most talented aesthetician nurse I've ever encountered. Julia suggested replenishing some of the volume typically lost in the upper cheeks due to aging, and she also agreed that the smile lines could be improved. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the results and with Julia's patience, professionalism, and kindness. She even shared some tips and tricks with one of the newest staff members to ensure they can perform the "Spoil me" and lip flip procedures as competently as she did. Today I drove across 3 states to see Tatiana for injections. I will not trust anyone when it comes to my face because I'm the biggest perfectionist you'll ever meet. She has world class injection skills and is a true artist with a highly meticulous eye for injecting which is why I travel so far to see her for cheeks, chin and lips. You'll find no one else like her. Closest comparison would be Dr. Ourian in LA (Kardashian doc)....Tatiana is better. Trust me, she and the entire staff, SO worth the travel.
