Ashlee, Daphne, Phyllis, Melinda, Dennis, Sara, Maiya, all providing such wonderful care. I am sure there are some names I am overlooking, but know that everyone who had a hand in my dad's care was so kind. The social worker Melinda would address any issue and was so accommodating and always kind. The atmosphere is friendly, flexible schedule, Laura at the front desk is kind , friendly and compassionate. My PT Jeff is old school but one of the best PTs in my opinion he worked with in figuring out how to realign my spine, explaining to me that my core strength was the biggest issue and no medicine or surgery would help if my core is not strong. He worked with me knowing my high copay and once a week sessions was what I could only afford. He motivated me in doing my exercises daily and I stuck with it because from day one I was starting to have some relief from pain and am happy to say that yes my back is sore at times but it's not everyday. Truly a good experience and if I ever need PT again I wouldn't be going anywhere else.

And PT makes determination as to Medical equipment needs upon discharge. They actually wanted my husband with chronic back issues to either sleep in a recliner, sleep on a couch, or have us buy a bed or move ours downstairs since he was incapable of climbing stairs at that time. I ended up working with the insurance company myself to get a hospital bed arranged. They were useless. Lastly, the medical director there changed many of my husband's meds and his dosages without consulting with his regular specialists. She really made a mess of his meds and left it that way for his primary care doctor to straighten out once he was discharged. Could not get out of there fast enough!
