I was very impressed with the sales lady and also the crew that was sent to my mom's house for cleaning. They came twice and then I received a text. That they had an issue with covid and they needed to have their crew tested. We waited TWO months and didn't get any return phone calls or texts, other than "still no news". We hired NJ cleaning service after we remodeled our kitchen for a post construction cleaning and regular cleaning for the rest of our house. Consultation with Marta was scheduled fast and we hired as soon as we received quote. Sylvia cleaned our entire house by herself in about 5 hours and we could not be happier. I just had New Jersey cleaning service clean my house for the first time today and I am extremely disappointed. I was charged more for this cleaning as it was to be an initial deeper cleaning. If leaving the toilets with stains, not dusting furniture or wiping down your kitchen counters is a deeper clean then I'd hate to see what they do for the lesser priced cleaning. I never leave reviews but felt that I needed to save someone else from wasting their hard earned money on this service. The only response I received was to thank me for my feedback. Disappointed. After reading great reviews, I was excited to tell my 80+ yr. old parents I found them a great cleaning service and my mother was excited the owner was from Poland! Initially a prompt response and visit for a quote, so far so good. They thought it was reasonable for a deep cleaning and happy to schedule. All was coordinated and 2 very nice ladies showed up on time. They cleaned the house, but did not "deep clean" as requested. Also, one of the ladies said this was only the 3rd house they cleaned. When my Dad called them to be proactive and let them know what was missed and could have been done better, and perhaps they could send a more experienced team next time, he was told sorry and that they could no longer clean for them. So not sure if they were defensive? Not up to doing the job? Maybe the house was too far for them? To cap it off, she gave them the name and phone # of another girl my parents could call to clean for them. Thought that was odd and not the best way to handle a disappointed customer. I called to schedule a super deep cleaning of a rental property after tenants moved out. They quoted is 550-700. Seemed reasonable considering the amount of work. Three people showed up and were at the house for a few hours. I had my mother there to show them around while I was working. After a couple hours she had to bring them around to show them everything they forgot. They left while it was dark and I went the next day to see how it came out and I was extremely disappointed. So things were still absolutely filthy. The owner came back when I told her and "redid" a few things over the course of an hour. Whatever cleaners they used mad everything super sticky and they destroyed all the bottoms of my kitchen drawers. I've been using this service for close to 6 months now, once a month, tiny 1 bedroom apartment. They are prompt, do quick excellent work, are responsive via text and email and the rates are very reasonable and competitive. I have a dog that sheds like crazy and they do a great job at getting all of his hair off the floors and furniture and always leave the place smelling wonderful. Having a cleaning service is of course a luxury and therefore you can be pretty critical with it. I googled cleaning services near me and Marta's company popped up. After her coming by and going thru the house and giving us an estimate, we decided to go with her team. Very professional and accommodating. It's always fantastic to come home from work and the house is cleaned, stress-free. They do it all and they'll even do dishes if you're rushing and left breakfast in the sink, and they always empty the garbages. We had them also help us out with post-construction cleaning and I had to reschedule several times, Marta was always great about it and again, very understanding and accommodating. You do have to supply the cleaning supplies, which is good though so you can be sure you're using whatever product you want. We've always been satisfied, no complaints. read more
