The training was in 975 Kelly Street Bronx NY 4th floor. The training started at 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM due to the traffic in the Cross Bronx I got their at 9:35 AM. When I get their the training had just started the class room and the receptionist desk were both in the same room. Like really? what kind of General Industrial Class is this were is the professionalism. The person at the front desk tells me I cant take the class. I ask him why that's why I'm here for he then tells me theirs no more seats available, I tell him listen I will even take these classes standing up if I have to or sitting in the floor I need to take this class. He then tells me the room only holds up 40 people, which clearly that does not make sense only half of the room was full. Then I still insist to leave since I been waiting for so long to take these classes. He then calls his supervisor Mike O' Donnell President & C.E.O. Mike just looks at me and gives me a card, The same card I used for the picture icon In Yelp. He tells me come back next month At this point I'm speechless at the same time mad and aggravated at this situation, I'm pretty sure their was a better way to handle this. I told Mike so in other words if I would have gotten their early and their was already 40 people there before me that means their was still no way for me to take the class? Again he tells me to come back next month instead of writing a date like any professional business would do. Stay away from this place! seems more interested in your money than your career. I tell Mike y situation he looked really careless and again repeats just come back next month. Did not even tell me what day. He just told me to call him and that was that. This has been so far the worst place I have every gone in to, To take a training. Do not come to a place like this for a 10 hour Osha General Industrial Training Class I'm pretty sure you can find other locations that provide tis training.

I also have a crazy hectic schedule as I work full time and am also going back to school. Nightmare client. I've never needed/gotten tutoring before so I was pretty skeptical but reached out anyway. Andrew connected me with Amy and she helped me catch up and pass the class. When I moved on to Calculus 2, I thought I might go it alone but quickly realized I couldn't hack it without help. I reached out again and worked with someone new, Teresa. She helped me go from failing the class to getting an A! Without the help of this group there's no way this could've been possible. I'm hugely in their debt. Both tutors were incredibly kind, patient, responsive, flexible and most of all, helpful. Andrew also is always kind and lightning fast responsive, exactly what you need when you're in a pinch. We worked together online using Skype and a great little whiteboarding app called Ziteboard. I was skeptical of that too, but it worked SO well and made scheduling so much easier! You pay for classes in a chunk but they practically instantly refund whatever you don't need. I opted for tutoring vs. a class to get more individual attention and also a more tailored experience - focusing in on particular weaknesses rather than spending time learning everything from bottom-up to be applicable in a group setting. It really paid off. My tutors (Jennifer and Karen for quant and verbal, respectively) were really great, able to zero in really quickly on my particular areas of weakness and help develop my skills to address those problems (and quickly). Bara and Jennifer both also provide help with confidence, anxiety relief, and Jennifer even sent a pre-test-day brain food list. Taking a practice GMAT cold, no prep, I was at 640. With a little self-study, I was around 700. Working with TPNY, and taking the GMAT twice, I scored a 740, and then a 780. They're really top notch.
