His style is very personable and most importanly, very supportive. He really takes the time to listen to what your fitness goals are and he helps you achieve them. Since I live so far away, I can't train with him regularly, but he gave me some great tips and suggestions that have improved my workouts at my gym. Phil takes fitness seriously and it shows. He will kick your ass in a good way, and he will make you laugh while doing so. I am with only him the entire time. I am not shoved aside with an assistant. He has done therapy exercises on me and with me that I have not had anywhere else. He plans what we do well because we always recap, regroup, discuss what we did and what I did since my last visit, how I'm feeling, what has improved, etc. He has adjusted what he had planned based on my feedback. He has researched ways of how to help me because my case is unique. He genuinely cares about me and is doing everything in his power to get me better. I have not been instructed to do anything without him actually demonstrating for me first.
