Other companies may offer you more perks and benefits but I prefer to focus just on getting sh*t done. The hourly rate is reasonable. Both moves were at $80 an hour in December 2016 and March 2017. Replaced the leaking furnance roof flashing as needed and 7 other pipe flashings and painted them as needed for preventative maintenance.. other work completed was removal of the valley tiles and cleaning out the leaves. Afterwards a power washing of the roof and cleaning of the property before leaving. Let's put it this way this is an honest roofing contractor. I am a retired B General contractor with 40 years experience I only hire subcontractors that I can trust hands down! The work that was done on my private residence was done to perfection, could not ask for anything more. You can trust Geronimo at Old Town Contractors. Great work at reasonable prices.

I had a few estimates that said permit was optional, which made me feel a little uneasy. They took care of the replacing the roof, repairing some dry rot, and installing new gutters. The dry rot repair was extra an $400; unfortunate, but not unreasonable. They started work a week after I accepted the estimate. Work started on Friday and they were done by Tuesday the following week. I had no issues throughout the process. This rental property is over an hour from my house, so we did the entire transaction via email, phone, and text message. Payment was made through Zelle and by check, deposited directly into their account; no need for me to drive an hour to the job site to pay them. Overall, I loved their promptness, their ability get the job done quickly, and their flexibility in payment options. Really good experience. They are definitely my first call the next time I need roof work done.
