The hours are great and I appreciate the programs for adults. If I were able, I would be here 5 days a week just to do research. I am a member of the "Friends of JPL" but due to circumstances beyond my control, I cannot participate. I hope to change this soon. They offer so much for us that if you believe you are lacking in service, it is probably because you do not realize all they offer, IMHO.
