Nick & Francisco worked miracles! All but one deeper scratch was GONE, my car looked new again! Worth every penny, plus I'll try to come more regularly for sure. I saw this car wash having a promotion on those mail catalog booklets and also at Albertsons Arcadia. I saw that the prices were competitive against the other local car washes (faschings and temple city car wash). So I took my bmw x1 to Nu Way. My first impression is..ok it's a mom and pop business. What I love about these old car washes is that they have windows that show you your car being washed. But this one does not clean their windows and you really can't see what they're doing. I then went into the cashier/store area. Really gives me a 1970s vibe. But the ceiling tiles were bulging/swollen like when it last rained, the roof was leaking. So far so...ok, I was waiting for my car and then I went outside to the patio where I think there used to be a fountain but they covered it up. When my car came out of the car wash the rear tow hitch cover was missing. I thought that they remove it but after a while my gut feeling says I have to ask where the cover is. The guy who was wiping down my car said, "I don't know, ask the guys". So I went to the cashier and told them about the missing tow hitch. I then spoke to the shift supervisor and he was asking the guys where it is. No luck. Then the shift supervisor referred me to the GM, Nick. First thing that he said, "you probably came in without it". Wow, gaslighting. I can't believe the customer service skills of this guy. I told him that if he doesn't believe me, I got a video with a time stamp with me coming out of my house 15 mins before I arrived to the car wash (cuz it takes that long). He doesn't care, so he went to the video cameras in his office. Lo and behold when my car appeared for the first time in the car wash, the rear tow hitch is still there at the bumper. And then we followed the car where it goes then sometime in the middle of the car wash line the rear tow hitch cover is still there. But it's weird the car came out without it The rear tow hitch cover has a string, so it can be attached to the bumper. Its hard for it to come off unless you pull it. Nick said, "oh maybe you went to the cheap car washes in the area and that's how it got damaged bad". Look who's talking. And also, of all the car washes I went to with my car, this has to happen. And it's a 2025 bmw. If I went to a cheap car wash, you would see scratches on the clear coat. And that's not how you treat a BMW So Nick was checking out my bumper, seeing if there's a tear on the clips. He said the clips are loose. GTFO of here. I think one of their washers stole it (cuz it's nowhere to be found in the car wash line) to either stole it to sell on eBay or to just shaft it to the owner. He agreed to replace the tow hitch cover and I went on my way. He called me on my cell and he'll be in touch with me. It was nice, at least to have some sense of customer service. Went to BMW monrovia and see how much it is. $40.16. not bad. BMW monrovia is another dealer that's gaslighting especially when I rent their cars (because back then my bmw needed more than one day to service) but that's another day. Got the tow hitch replaced (reason for 2 stars). Now the question is, would i come back? Naaaahhh never ever. If you will be going to this car wash, just know the risks, especially if you got an expensive car. When I was there, didn't see premium cars and I learned from now on, this would be a red flag.

Drop off was super easy- left my car around 9am and was able to pick it up at 1pm. I had just been camping and so I knew I had a decent amount of sediment inside. On the inside, you can purchase car cleaning supplies which was really cool. After the detail, my car looked nearly new! There was a lot of discoloration from my repeated sunblock use and they were able to remove it all. I requested the CPR detail package, which was $180, and it was so worth it! The interior and exterior were well taken care of and I was given a 40 minute heads-up call for when the car would be done. This gave me plenty of time to head over since I live out of town. This is exactly the reset my car needed. Will definitely be back!

Luke at StreamDrive was able to accommodate my current situation and offered to swing by and see the condition of my car in-person and provide the quote. By default, that's 5-stars "above and beyond" service. I want to recommend his business to people for life! My Honda C-RV needed prep for resale. StreamDrive really went in and did some disinfecting, were able to remove lingering odors, got the leather restored, restored the headlights, and even performed a trim restore so this 2013 car looks really fresh! I wasn't expecting to write a review for this auto detailing service, so I don't have any "before" photos. I'm sorry about that, it's not an ideal situation for a glowing restoration review. I'm not so comfortable sharing pictures of my personal vehicle in the first place, you know what I mean? My pics just look like a super clean car. You can't tell it was ever damaged! $400 all-in inside-and-out restoration, under the hood, even buffing out some minor scuffs and scrapes it looks like, as well as painting/restoring the sun-faded plastic panels all around the vehicle: that's a value. No gap left untouched, unlike a drive-thru detailing service. I'm getting return on investment and then some because I'm now able to sell at top dollar private party fair market value.

Joe is hands down the best at what he does…read more I used him almost 15 years ago and always remembered the quality work he did to remove swirl marks that my brand new 2008 Cadillac CTS had from the dealership's machine wash. I then got into washing & maintaining my own cars, but it was time to have a professional job done on all 3 of our BMWs. The one that needed the most work was my late father's 2003 BMW 530i. Joe & I connected over losing our dad's, and Joe gave this one some extra love for an incredible price. He did an extensive interior deep cleaning and added a 1-year ceramic coat. The most impressive part was the swirl mark/scratch removal. To stay within budget, Joe & I agreed on a 60-70% improvement but Joe over-delivered with the paint looking better than it did back in 2003! Next up was my mom's 2022 BMW 330i. This one received an interior freshen-up, and a ceramic coat. Joe upgraded the ceramic coat at no extra cost because he appreciated the fact that we gave him 3 cars to detail. The last one was my brother's 2011 BMW M3. This one is rarely driven so we just did a light touch maintenance detail. Joe impressed my whole family with each car looking brand new -- or better! I felt like the deal he gave us was already a great value but Joe was generous with his time and threw in a couple upgrades. We were all super delighted with the results -- all family members agreeing on something like this rarely happens, but Joe did the impossible! Most importantly, Joe is just an amazing dude all around. He's a retired vet who's been in the business for over 30 years, shows up right on time, and works his butt off until the job is done. For us, he came at 8AM and left a little after 8PM, all while taking no breaks. But really, he comes off as an old friend who is very passionate/knowledgeable about his craft and truly cares about his clients. I enjoyed picking his brain about the new technology & methods he uses and left confident knowing that there isn't a better person out there to take care of our cars. They cleaned under all of the seats, all throughout the console, my glove compartment, the steering well, side doors, etc. My paint was also peeling badly because I park outside with no cover and the coating was completely gone and turned white in multiple areas but I can barely see it anymore because they polished it so well! I feel like the pictures don't do them justice (the pic of the exterior has white spots on the hood but that's because I'm writing this review a day later and a bird pooped on it overnight smh). This was such a smooth experience from start to finish. I scheduled for Monday at 1 pm and they arrived right on time and texted me updates on their ETA. I'm so happy they bring a water tank in their truck because I've had some trouble finding a mobile detailer because they usually need a water/hose outlet to use but my apartment doesn't have one near my parking spot. They were so incredibly helpful especially when my landlord came out mid wash and told us we had to move (I completely forgot to okay it with her first) and they found a work around, packed up, moved, and still finished my car. All of this for only $250 is such a great deal, I've been quoted higher for a fraction of their work. Unrelated HM: My recently adopted dog made a run for it while I was walking him but he zipped past Albert and his son and when they saw me trying to catch my dog his son ran after him and caught him for me. I am so incredibly thankful to him because my dog had gotten out of the apartment gates and if he didn't catch him I would have lost him. I cannot recommend them enough, they're my go to from now on.
