Ricky told me that he was able to only restore it back to about 80% and I was satisfied with it because I really couldn't tell. I was completely satisfied with Ricky's work, integrity, and professionalism. Hopefully my vehicle stays dent free but in the event it needs it, I'm definitely contacting Ricky first to get it fixed!

I came this past Monday, around 8:15 am. After I pulled my car in and parked, I was greeted by AC. After telling him what I was here for, he asked me if I was going to wait here for my car and I said I was. I just ended up sitting in the waiting room (I brought a book to read), which was a nice area. AC did take out my air filter and cabin filter to show me how dirty it was and asked if I wanted him to replace it. I ended up declining the offer (because my husband ended up doing this for me. We also ended up going to the dealership to purchase a cabin filter and also purchased the air filter on Amazon). Anyway, in a little less than 1 hour, I had my oil change done and oil filter replaced. The cost was going to be either $76 via credit card, but not including a 3% transaction fee or $70 cash. I ended up paying cash. The price itself is okay but maybe a little on the higher side, as compared to perhaps another auto shop but definitely much cheaper than going to the dealer. Overall, I think the service was friendly and quick. I would most likely come back to AC again in the future.

He was calm, knowledgeable, and transparent. He also stayed completely professional and never made negative comments about the original installer -- he simply focused on fixing the issue and making sure my vehicle was safe. They properly re-torqued and secured all the suspension components and performed a full alignment to ensure everything was dialed in. The truck now drives perfectly -- stable, smooth, no more clunking or sway. On top of that, their pricing was very fair and reasonable, especially considering the safety issue they corrected. He quickly added if I wanted the same tire, he would be able to place an order for it to be delivered by the afternoon. I immediately felt it was similar to a bait and switch and if tomorrow had not been a weekend where I didn't have to work, I would've just gone with the substitution. I finally agreed to have him order the tire for me before leaving the shop. I received a call right at around 3:30pm that my tire was delivered. I was very pleased with their communication. I was able to have someone bring my vehicle in and he drove back with a brand new tire on my car.

There was a lot of discoloration from my repeated sunblock use and they were able to remove it all. I requested the CPR detail package, which was $180, and it was so worth it! Luke at StreamDrive was able to accommodate my current situation and offered to swing by and see the condition of my car in-person and provide the quote. By default, that's 5-stars "above and beyond" service. I want to recommend his business to people for life! My Honda C-RV needed prep for resale. StreamDrive really went in and did some disinfecting, were able to remove lingering odors, got the leather restored, restored the headlights, and even performed a trim restore so this 2013 car looks really fresh! I wasn't expecting to write a review for this auto detailing service, so I don't have any "before" photos. I'm sorry about that, it's not an ideal situation for a glowing restoration review. I'm not so comfortable sharing pictures of my personal vehicle in the first place, you know what I mean? My pics just look like a super clean car. You can't tell it was ever damaged! $400 all-in inside-and-out restoration, under the hood, even buffing out some minor scuffs and scrapes it looks like, as well as painting/restoring the sun-faded plastic panels all around the vehicle: that's a value. No gap left untouched, unlike a drive-thru detailing service. I'm getting return on investment and then some because I'm now able to sell at top dollar private party fair market value.

After talking with the staff, I opted for the 7 year 10H coating since I keep my cars for a long time. I also wanted the wheels and calipers coated for easier cleaning. I left my car with them on a Tuesday and picked it up the following Tuesday so the coating could cure indoors for a couple days. I don't have a garage unfortunately. I thought they only did detailing but also found out they offer ceramic window tint when I dropped off. The price was honestly more than I expected, but they offered me a discount since I was already getting the ceramic coating done. I went with the DUB ceramic 35% all around and 70% on the windshield. When I picked up the car, I was blown away! It looked amazing and better than new. These guys removed the little black dots that came from the dealership and removed pretty much all of the swirls and scratches. The paint feels so slick and smooth now and beads water like crazy! I'm so happy I forked out the money for a quality ceramic tint. The heat rejection is so worth it in this Southern California heat. I had your typical cheap $150 tint on my old Civic and the difference is night and day. Thank you guys for your quality work! I will be sure to recommend all of my friends and coworkers.
