I live off of my tips and I know how important they are. I hand her $100 bill and ask for my change she gives me my change back. I handed her her tip. I hate to write poor, negative reviews, but I feel like it needs to be said so that either there can be some changes to their practice, or other consumers avoid going through what we've been through. I really wished we read the reviews before going, but it was a spur of the moment venture. Anyway, when we walked in, no one was at the desk to greet us. A lady comes out the back, and we explained we were in the neighborhood looking to get our foot massaged. We inquired about the salt scrub option but was basically ignored and she was fixated if we were staying for a massage. I asked for a few minutes to think about it and she rushed us because she was massaging a client to step out and greet us. Poor customer service. I can smell the scent of cigarette smoke from my masseuse. I don't smoke so the smell bothered me and made it unenjoyable. Next, it's not very quiet. You can hear sounds of rude customer service over the phone and people talking, and microwaves beeping. They did have music playing to mask the other sounds though. The massage itself was mediocre. No focus on pressure points, just foot and leg rub. They care about their money and tips. They even had a sign for gratuity suggesting how much money to give. I don't recommend coming here. They will use hot water to wash your foot while they are giving you a nice head and shoulder massage. Then they will dry your feet and give you a nice foot massage. After that, they will rub your back and use hot stone to give a very nice gentle touch, which feels very good! The they will massage your back for a while, feels great. The service is great, they know what they are doing. They will tell you when it's done, and ask you do you want hot water or room temperature water. Good massages place! Today is my wife and I anniversary and we decided to end it with out favorite think to do, go to massages and this is our first time coming in to this establishment I saw some comments, few bad and more good so we tried it. My wife liked her masseur she said he is a good masseur however she said the cigarette smell on his hands are reeking and she was worried about her face smelling like a cigarette. For me, my masseuse was ok I wasn't satisfied nor disappointed I guess I just expected more. We did the couple combo which is from what I can tell is very popular to. Sister and I went to the restaurant next door and discovered this gem. Read the reviews on Yelp and was a little bit iffy but decided to take the plunge anyways. We didn't have an appointment but they were able to take us in immediately. It wasn't busy at all, and we were taken to the room in the back where there were 2 massage beds which was nice. The ladies here applied the perfect pressure and was so nice. Prior to touching my face, she asked if it's okay. So that was really thoughtful. We got the $40 deal where it's for 60 mins with a mixture of foot, shoulder and head massage. During the massage, she would check to see if the pressure is ok which was nice for those that might be too afraid to speak up. The best part is the hot stone and hot towels afterwards. Let's just say I definitely had a good night sleep and slept like a baby. She gave us bottles of water afterward, much needed after the massage. I would totally recommend this place if you're in LV. I can't recommend and I don't know why there are so many good reviews! Why not? Dirty, not a good massage, BAD customer service. We did $30 for 30 minutes. Just rubbing my feet and legs and then randomly pressing super hard on some bony prominences which hurt. No foot basin, no shoulder or neck massage. You go in, roll up your pants and lay down. There was a hook for my coat. They put a towel around your shoulders and then get to work rubbing. Afterwards they wipe your feet with a moist warm towel, but they still felt sticky until I went home to wash them. I don't think the linens were changed. It just felt dim, dark and gross. I thought $20 was foot only, and $30 was combo which included neck/shoulders. The cherry on top was that within 2 minutes while I was putting my shoes back on at the end, the lady pokes her head in to tell us to get out quickly because customers are waiting then when we paid, she said it was $1 credit card fee. I said okay, my friend and I will pay together. Then she said, then it's $1 per person. What?! After tipping way more than they deserved to avoid confrontation, she craned her neck over the desk to take a peek. I can only imagine if it wasn't a good tip, I am sure we would have heard about it. I thought I was going to have to ask her to go deeper, but then she got to my neck and it was game on! She did a SUPER job!! This was quite an experience. I went for the 90 minute combo massage, which has about 30 minutes on the feet and 60 minutes on the body, varying from kneading and rolling to atomic elbows! I really needed the body work and CiCi did a great job for me. I will ask for her again when I return. My lady's hands smell like cigarettes, I could not enjoy my massage. The whole time it felt so rushed and just quick rubbing. They pointed out the tip they wanted but I didn't even feel it was good. I gave them what was recommended if you were "happy" I was nowhere near happy and they pointed at the tip sheet that it was excellent. Also, my lady had her earphones on the whole time. She tossed a hot towel on my back and it felt like it was burning. When they asked me to turn around with my face down, all I could smell was old saliva or drool. If you decide to go with the service, go at your own risk! By the way, the 80-minute couple massage is actually just an hour. They explained that the detox is combined with the massage. So why didn't they just put on the menu that it is 60 minutes combined? Also, her nails were embedded in my skin the whole time she was massaging my temple. I love getting foot reflexology as I get it done twice a week. So I know exactly what to expect and this is nothing close to any of the massages I get. It's located in the heart of Chinatown in a very unassuming strip mall located less than 10 min drive from the Strip. Walked in and was greeted almost immediately. They had a menu display of all their services offered on the counter. For this trip, we opted for the 30 min foot massage, which was for a very affordable $20. We were immediately led into a private area with two lounge chairs (if you can call them that), and almost immediately masseuses came and started working on our feet. Admittedly, the masseuse I got didn't apply the strongest strength while massaging my feet, but it was still nonetheless comfortable and relaxing. As we were paying in the front was when I finally got a chance to peruse the menu of reflexology services that they offered a bit more and saw other services that definitely appealed to me, but unfortunately will have to save it for the next visit! read more

We opt for the $35 massage with stones and green bean cold pack. Got a room for two. There were no doors for the room we were in but they dimmed the lights. Only negative is when I'm getting dressed someone can walk by and see you. You can also hear the noise from people when they walk in. It didn't bother me because I was getting a really good massage. My masseuse used the right pressure that left me feeling so relaxed. I usually like it hard but I didn't even have to tell her to go harder. I was a little nervous as we drove closer because the neighborhood seemed run down. I'm so glad we decided to try it despite the "outside" appearance of the surrounding area. Went to Urgent care. I had not been anywhere in three days but this place. They need to sterilize the hole you put your face in and put a plastic covering. The hole is not covered. They place a towel around it but nothing down in that hole. Next I kept telling her that she was doing it too hard. Softer but she kept going deep. Woke up with neck and shoulder spasms. I spoke with my bank and was able to get it removed but after I paid $61 and tipped $20 trying to be respectful, they charged me another $61 the next day! I will not return. I decided to get a massage while I had a night to myself. I picked this place based on reviews on yelp. I phoned ahead and made an appointment 45 minutes after I called. Upon entering it is very dark and not bright like the photos made it seem. I was hoping for a little more clinical type (the pictures indicate people in scrubs and more of a spa experience) but that's okay. The lady shushed me when I spoke . I get it but it caught me off guard. I had a male masseuse who was good but seemed to maybe be sick. He was clearing his throat, sneezing and left repeatedly to blow his nose. I didn't ever hear him wash his hands. He was too delicate in some ways and too rough in others. I had to ask a couple times to not use so much pressure. He didn't talk throughout the massage which was nice and the atmosphere was generally quiet except for when the workers were dumping buckets, washing hands and using the restroom. It was overall a pretty good experience. Lots of repeated movements or focus on one spot for too long of a time that could become irritating or painful more than relaxing. The price was good and though it wasn't the best massage I've ever had, it was good. I do like they got me in right away and the price was good. I'd likely go back. read more

Randomly found this place on the 4th of July. They were super accommodating to me and my friend coming in for a late appointment. We were out into a room together and had one of the most incredible massage to ease our weary bodies. The pricing is good and they accept credit card but please tip in cash well as these therapists are super nice and amazing. If you speak Chinese it is a bonus as that is their native tongue but they do speak English as well. They used heat stones which was the highlight of the massage. The technique they used to make sure you got the benefits of the warm heat to further relax your muscles was amazing. They spent a lot of time with the stones compared to lost places I have been to. Really wanted to love this place. It's right next to Hobak, perfect for girls day out. Get a massage, KBBQ, then dessert at the Wooden Door place next door, but I guess I had better expectations. First off, we just wanted to get a foot massage, but they insisted on their prix fixe menu of full body with hot stones etc for either 30 min to an hour. As a party of 4 women, they had us in the awkwardly open room behind the front counter which was only covered by a curtain, I felt there's more privacy in a hospital room than here. There were blankets but still wardrobe malfunctions were highly possible. Then came in the masseuse and it seemed like they were trying to keep up with one another like some sort of race. My friend didn't like the fact that the dude that she had had claws for nails, so she ended up having what felt like cat scratches on her back.
