Wanted to give this place another try because I hadn't eaten all day and was hoping for a good meal, but unfortunately the quality wasn't there this time. I ordered a bowl with chow mein, rice, and orange chicken. The rice tasted half cooked and half uncooked, with hard pieces throughout. The food overall was also very salty, especially the chow mein. I wasn't able to take a photo because halfway through eating, I ended up throwing the food away. I did eat some of it because I was extremely hungry after not eating all day, but the quality made it hard to finish. I gave 2 stars because the staff at least tried, but the food definitely needs improvement in quality and consistency. I honestly hope management looks into this and improves the standards because the place has potential. read more

I have been going here for years. One of the best Chinese food restaurants I've had. It's actually my favorite. The owner/lady that's always working the front is welcoming and she remembers my order. I love egg drop/flower soup and I'm never disappointed. The shrimp fried rice is filled with shrimp, which a lot of places don't do. I've had other items as well and everything hits. Was curious about this place when I had come to this little plaza to drop off mail at the post office the other day. When I walked in, the worker wanted to help me out right away, but I told her I was just looking. The place reminded me of Panda I ended up getting a small order of orange chicken for about $3.00 instead of getting a small side with rice for about $5.00 since I had some food back at the office. Once I settled down to eat back at my desk, I was pleasantly surprised at the taste of the orange chicken since it was crunchy and had a good flavor to it. I've been coming here for years and had the worst experience in June and we haven't returned since. We would eat at least once a week and for my kids graduation I ordered over $200 in food. When my husband and I were placing the order the cook/owner was so rude! And I mean extremely rude! My kids went to pick up the food and he forgot to give them the egg rolls and wanted to charge them for condiments. Yes I said limes! They give you half a lime and it's the perfect finish to your soup. I have tried mostly everything here after living by it for 10 years or so and it's alway pretty fresh and fast. hits the spot. Don't get the boba though... they are usually really hard or chewy because they make a batch early in the day and it doesn't sell much. But I'll get it if I'm really craving boba. The food is good if you're lucky to get something semi fresh. More times than not, I've had food that was obviously sitting there too long. However, the reason I gave them 2 stars is they changed owners and now serve their food in containers that are WAY smaller than what they use to serve in. This place has been here for at least the last 10 years and I have been going ever since I was little. If you are looking for quality Chinese food for a very affordable price, then this is the place for you. The service is very friendly, but curt and to the point. They generously heap large portions of whatever food you order and you can be in and out of the place in less than 10 minutes, tops. The employees always keep the place neat and tidy and dining-in is very enjoyable. I am a regular here and they always call me by my name and my usual order, which is very pleasant to see that they remember and care for their customers. The food is worth coming here for. The Orange Chicken is a definite must-try as the outside is sweet and crunchy and the meat inside is not the low quality chicken bits that other Asian restaurants put in their Orange Chicken. The Hot and Sour (my usual request) is simply to die for, at least in my opinion, and the soup is always cooked to order so it's piping hot when you get it. The noodles they serve here are also very tasty and the type of noodles they use is a wider version than the angel hair kind that places like Panda Express serve. Pricing is very affordable, usually no more than $5-$6 a serving and the food is great. Wonderful customer service and neat and tidy place to eat. Definitely check this place out.
