5/5 Communication - Keith was very responsive to texts and calling for information about the car from the very beginning to set up an appointment ASAP for the car and until it was able to be picked up. I really really appreciate the communication even if it means the car will be delayed for pick up. I only had a couple issues. I do think the passenger seatbelt side had a couple spots that were missed and the car was not ready on the same day as originally estimated when I needed that car in the evening, so had to spend additional $ on Ubers. Very thankful that Keith added exterior detailing for the car and was able to almost completely erase scratches on the side of the car! I can't say enough about Keith. I brought him an old 2003 Honda Pilot that has never been detailed since it was purchased. To put it frankly, it was pretty gross -- crusted food in random places, leaves, and a ton of other "love" from the five kids that have grown up in this car. Keith worked me into his schedule last minute by taking an early morning appointment the day before Thanksgiving and laboring over the car for almost 6 hours. I was blown away by the result -- I don't know how he did it, but he got all of the family residue out, completely transforming the interior into a car that I'm no longer embarrassed to drive with friends. I asked for an estimate on interior cleaning for a small 4 door car with stains in the light colored cloth upholstery. Keith was extremely responsive, friendly, and flexible. Keith did a thorough check on the different stains and was upfront about how much could be cleaned based on what was spilled. Great place to get a full inside and out detail with awesome customer service. I own a full size truck, all black interior, and super white exterior paint. My black interior was covered in dog hair and I had a large scuffed patch of paint around a wheel flare. Also, I do not wash my truck more than 4 times per year. No complaints from the shop, they explained what was possible and they would try their best to remove the scuff. When I picked up my truck, it was in pristine condition. I believe it was Anthony who worked on my car and he did an AMAZING job. It was spotless, inside and out. It smelled fantastic and the smoking smell is a distant memory.
