11/8/21 My former…read moredentist retired in September and recommended Dr. Rosenwald for his patients. I had my first cleaning this morning. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Dr. Rosenwald himself. Shortly thereafter, Joy, the receptionist, arrived and greeted me as well. I was brought back by Dawn who assisted Dr. Rosenwald with assessing my teeth to use as a baseline. Overall, I was informed that my teeth looked healthy with the minor exception of tartar build up and some recession. Dr. Rosenwald was very thorough with his review and having Dawn jot down notes for my files. Robyn, the dental hygienist, performed my dental cleaning. She said there was some tartar buildup and that I should try to close my mouth when brushing to reach the back teeth and brush along the gum which I neglect to do. Also suggested tips for flossing. I was impressed with the technology in the office. They have a fancy xray machine and each room has a laptop and monitor which Dr. Rosenwald uses to look more closely when doing an examination. Overall, the office made a favorable first impression on me for both their friendly and professional customer service and advanced technology. Dr. Rosenwald's office wall is adorned with four awards which is a testament to his quality of work. He has been in practice for over 30 years so he's knowledgeable and experienced.
