She made sure every detail was handled from the first, incredibly detailed inquiry email to the follow up email with a special picture of my daughter and nephew. Our guests had, and still have, glowing reviews of her staff, the room set up, the outrageously good food, and ceremony and reception flow, and especially the kindness she showed to EVERY guest. Donna and her staff were accommodating, flexible, and generous were their time and expertise. There were plenty of beautiful locations for photos and the ceremony. Every single detail was perfectly mastered. The entire staff looked calm and relaxed. There was never a moment of panic or rushing. Donna seemed to be in every place, at every moment. My husband and I snuck away immediately after the ceremony to share a plate of hors d'oeuvres in the grooms suite (I can't recommend this enough. Do this! Take 5 minutes to sit in the quiet and relax together.) At one point during outdoor pictures I commented to my daughter, "I didn't eat enough." BAM! Food. Me and wife spent a night here playing Ping Pong in the game room while others were there playing pool, bag toss, skeeball, super jenga, darts, and board games. After we finished our game we went to the bar and had another drink. The beer selection caters to everyone which was great! Bud, colts, Miller, corona, but also a selection of good local IPAs and others. Top shelf liquor also available for good cocktails. The only negative is they don't have a kitchen so food has to be ordered from the outside and delivered. They have the Omega Pizza menu available for you, but the sense of simply ordering a few apps is missing.
