The one doing my mani-pedi seemed irritated and condescending the entire time. Instead of providing a relaxing experience, he pushed me repeatedly to get gel polish--even after I declined. He even went so far as to ask my friend to convince me, which was unnecessary and uncomfortable. At one point, he commented that he could "tell I barely get pedicures," which was rude and unprofessional. On top of that, both men spoke in another language, but their body language and tone made it obvious they were talking about us. We also noticed them being dismissive toward other customers--one even returned right after her appointment because her nail chipped, and others walked out due to long wait times. To make matters worse, my manicure left me bleeding. While he did apologize, after four years of experience (as he mentioned), I would expect basic skill and care to prevent that from happening. It also seems like appointments are not prioritized properly, adding to the frustration. With so many other salons in the area, I'd recommend choosing somewhere else that values professionalism, customer comfort, and quality service.

Went with my daughter for pedis for part of her birthday present. One tech had almost finished my daughter by the time a tach came over to start time, so not exactly the girl time I was hoping for, but that's not the reason for 3 stars. My nail tech cut into each of my big toe nail beds and I bleed. I don't think she needed to go in that far my last pedicure was only a month ago. You lose stars when you make a customer bleed. Next she came at me with those metal (cheese) grater looking thing and I had to quickly stop her and tell her I preferred just a pumice stone. I don't trust those graters. Then the cost... $28 for a basic pedi... no warm towels or hot rocks. Nope!
