I think you may want to retrain your staff on how to handle customers in the future. Future online buyers beware if you order something wrong, their customer service claims to be concerned to handle good customers but for us never got back to us.

Like every other enormous store, they can sometimes suffer from inconsistency -- particularly in terms of food -- where the quality and pricing isn't necessarily as good as you might expect from peer superstores. Having the enormous choice can help mitigate some of this due to having such a large variety of available items at different price points. I have asked Rosa time and time again for assistance in getting fresh bread, only to be told that there is none available to bake (even though I can see there is in the background) or that they first have to sell what is in the baskets. Both are incorrect answers to a customer. I run my own business, and my employees know that the customer is always right. I only hope that management corrects this problem promptly, because one toxic employee can ruin the rest of the team.
