I love this place. Such good food. I've had at least six different dishes myself and my family have had many more, and they're all delicious. My favorite is the hot and sour soup. Dining in is pleasant, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. We have also done pickup, which worked out great. And we have gotten delivery which we have had problems with, but not enough to sway me from eating here again. The food is delicious. The staff is terrific. And the restaurant is nice. We ordered sesame chicken and shrimp egg foo yon, and it was terrible! The sesame chicken was so chewy and old and the shrimp egg foo had no taste. I'm learning that you have to order food from them early and not eat there in the evening. You have a better chance of fresh food for pick up. read more

I think what did not help was the wonton soup I ordered it definitely had a tap taste to it, I understand using tap water is common ground for most all businesses, I just think if you know the pipes are old, investing in a filtration system would be helpful. This is probably my 137th favorite place in town. The food is... edible... and the location is the best in town... if you live at my house. And if I remember correctly it was a car wash at one point. They deliver on snowy days and on nights when I don't feel like driving. Just a quick word of warning... and this may seem like a no-brainer, but don't get the sushi... from this CHINESE RESTAURANT. Or the Pad Thai for that matter. The cheeseburger is ok, but the tacos are not great. They may need to find a little narrower focus. A good rule of thumb would be to get the szechuan chicken, always get the szechuan chicken. read more

There are only a few places in the Springs I trust for consistently good sushi and New Panda II is one of them! They are quick and courteous, and the food is always very fresh. The atmosphere is pleasant and the dining room is nicely decorated. Their inari tofu is delicious and perfectly marinated, and the veggie rolls are crisp and refreshing. The only thing I didn't like was the crab cheese wonton that came with the lunch plate. It had virtually no filling. Everything else was good. I ordered the sesame chicken with fried rice and egg drop soup. The sesame chicken came with the option to upgrade to white meat for a dollar more, yes please. The sauce and breading were really good. My husband ordered the chicken and beef lo mein with fried rice and egg drop soup. He said he really liked it. I took a bite and I really liked how it was slightly caramelized. Server was pleasant but the food came out in weird timing. There were 4 other tables there and it seemed like they tried to have everybody served all at once. So everybody got their soups at the same time. Everybody got their appetizers at the same time. The place is kinda blah but I never go to these places expecting more. If we're in the area, we'll probably return. read more

I've been hungry for some Chinese food for the past couple of weeks. When a friend and I met for lunch, she asked where I wanted to go? I told her The New Panda II was close and I'd read some good reviews on Yelp. We arrived around 11:15 a.m., and was promptly greeted. The place was very clean, and we sat where we wanted and our server came right over. She was friendly and polite and had our drinks right out. Our appetizers followed and was delicious. The main dish was just what I was wanting and was very satisfying. I would recommend the Panda II to all my friends and family. I'll be sure to visit it often! read more

New Panda 2 is always spot on. Pun intended. They are so polite over the phone, their delivery times are always exceptional, and the food comes piping hot and so fresh. I've eaten here twice and both times left me unsatisfied. I figure it's just a Colorado thing and maybe I'm seriously spoiled being from New York where Chinese takeout is delicious. But the fried rice is pale and bland. I gave them a pass the first time but by the second visit, I ended up putting my entire meal in a pan and "finishing it" myself with some soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger and garlic on the stove. We had a really good experience the first time, where we ordered green curry extra spicy, and it was some of the best we had had in the US. We ordered it again and it was GREEN, as in the chicken was like a bright, lime green color. Soooo strange. Possibly adding food coloring to the curry. It was kind of funny, tasted ok, but it just looked seriously suspicious and strange. We didn't want to eat it, simply because it made us question what could possibly in it. read more

Very disappointed. Lo mien was flavorless. Sesame chicken was average at best and the "fried rice" that came with it was just white rice covered in soy sauce. Crab Rangoon wasn't bad. I pass this place twice a day. Never have it much thought. I LOVE Chinese food. On the way home from work today, (6-22-18) came in. Atmosphere is nice. Welcoming, cool air conditioned. Well kept. Clean. Greeted right away. Were sat at a place I wanted. Waiter came to take our order. ALL within 5 minutes of arriving. Would give this place a zero I had gotten meals for my children and whole family the rangoons have no filling and the little filling they did have had no crabmeat and were sweet this place is as disgusting as the people who run it everything you get comes on a bed of cabbage which is gross got your food smelling like hot ass that's not even the worst part their ribs aren't even fully cooked and they also almost break your teeth when you bite into them I asked if I brought the food back could I get a refund and they were the absolute rudest people ever "no refund even if you bring food back" I don't mind broken English I do however mind terrible customer service you should be ashamed of yourselves I had to go back out and buy all of my family new food on top of everything else my rice was crunchy not fully cooked but what do you expect with them absolutely nothing at this point yall really need to get it together because it was disgusting to say the least to the point where I just brought my family more food from a different and decent place I shouldn't have 90$ worth of food that is inedible your food sucked and so did your customer service. get real read more
