The everything toast was okay, but very very over seasoned and salty so I couldn't even finish it, and my husband got an omelette with some veggies and turkey added. I pull up to the window and she has her hand out waiting and states my total. As I'm grabbing my change from her hand I hear her say something about a straw, put my change up, and see her handing me my drink and I was getting ready to say something about a straw, and after I take my drink she tells me my food will be ready in a minute and almost closes the window in my face. I asked for a straw then look at my drink and realized it had no cold foam, which I thought could've been my fault and I didn't click the button and I checked the sticker, and it said it was supposed to have cold foam. She rolled her eyes as I handed her the drink and dumped some of my drink out in the sink and added the cold foam and handed me my food. No words were exchanged. I was annoyed by her lack of service and her crabby attitude at this point so I looked for a name tag and when there was none I asked for her name and she again sighed and said melanie and I said okay. All in all, she is the rudest person I've experienced working there. Normally they're super kind and would be more than willing to fix their error and accommodate my request to add food.
