You get to book your appointment through the app with the specific person which I think is pretty cool and easy. It was my first time so I just picked the first available which was Carli at the Mahwah location. Carli was super friendly and outgoing. She made it feel like she was my barber for years with good and easy conversation. I got the basic haircut deal but that comes with the warm cream shave around the edges which is what I was looking for. It came out better than anything I've gotten at those other places. All for a modest $25. What's an extra $5-10 when you get that level of service? Totally worth it. Carli is legit so I'll look to book her for the next one.

If you're one of those, make it clear when calling to book an appointment. Appointments do need to be made over the phone and they also only take cash or checks. No credit cards here. They do all sorts of hair services - perms, colorings, prom cuts, men, women. And, prices here are very affordable compared to every other place around. Call and ask - you'll be shocked! A bathroom is located in the back for customers. Try them out and I think you'll be pleased with the experience of cost and cut.

We showed up on-time and the owner was cutting someone else's hair. He was running late but to us it was no big deal. When he was done he proceeded to tell me that my kids haircut takes too long. That he wants to use a buzzer instead of scissors. My son is a 5 year old with special needs which he knows because he has cut my sons hair before, and knows that he cant use the buzzer because he is sensitive to it and it scares him. He was extremely rude and not understanding at all. We left because my son was so upset from the conversation, and never got his haircut. If you have children I would suggest not using this Business to get your kids hair cut, as it might take too long.... He is not sensitive to children with special needs. So sad. If i could put zero stars I would.
