They even provided one the spot renderings so we could envision what the final outcome would be. I can't begin to explain how they turned our project into something that is showcase quality. My neighbors have had Woody's working on their yard for over a year. They were here again a couple…read moreof weeks ago, laying sod and unloading the sand in front of my home. When it came time to clean up, they did a nice job in front of the client's home and then stopped. There is mud, sand and silt in the curbing area in front of my home and the next home over. I have called 3 times over the past 2 weeks asking them to rectify this situation. Neighboring homes should not be left a mess! Woody's has not returned my phone calls nor sent anyone to sweep, hose off etc. As a retired Landscape Designer, a contractor would not have remained on my 'Preferred Contractors List' leaving such a mess or not returning phone calls.

I was able to schedule a free consultation on their website the next week and had Dan come by. I am a pretty indecisive person but Dan did an amazing job taking my vision and helping it come to life. The estimate was done the same day, I felt some pressure to sign the deal that day but negotiated what I thought was fair. I was originally told a time frame 1-2 weeks earlier than what happened, which is one of the reasons why this is losing a star. Eric, the construction manager, came by with Dan a few weeks later to do an initial construction walk through and he also suggested adding another level/ stairs and helped me figure out a drain situation. I appreciated the feedback and ideas. Overall, both Dan and Eric went the extra mile and were responsive when I reached out. The week of construction, communication on when they were coming, progress, etc could have been better from the Crew itself but it is a sub-contractor.. (which is the other reason for one less star). The team worked hard in 80+ degree heat 5 days in a row, were very polite to me and the job was done quickly. Eric did a final walkthrough with me and I pointed out a couple minor flaws and they were quickly repaired the following week to my satisfaction. Overall, I recommend this company as they back up their product and have a good warranty. It is pricey, yes, but I believe this is a good investment and I have really loved spending time in my new yard. Thanks!
