I'd been told by other arborists that these trees needed trimming. When I asked Scott if my trees needed trimmed he asked, "Why?". He said they were fine as they were. That saved me a huge amount of money right there. He walked around the rest of my land giving good advice, and he didn't feel the need to do many things the other arborists wanted to do. This alone was even more money savings for me. Scott was very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. When we did decide what needed to be done, he sent out his crew who were very respectful and courteous. The current company owners and managers both contacted me to confirm that they are still in business..and will continue to honor their warranty for my projects. American Gutter has done 4 different projects for me. Their special design cleanout system is the only one that has actually worked for my home because my home is surrounded by large fir and maple trees. Don't waste your money on those leaf filter or screened Gutter systems they advertise all the time on TV... Thousand of dollars of wasted money.. because they always clog up unless you live in the city. Sorry about the confusion. I will continue to refer them to anyone. Why only 4 stars?
