The crew was on time, professional, completed the job and cleaned all of the debris away. They made sure that they went to my neighbor's house to clean any dusts that flew to their side as well. The job wasn't easy and my garage was right underneath the major branches. The tree trunk was sitting in a very narrow space as well. The crew tied a rope to every major branch and lowered it down with the best care they could. I am very happy with their service and the price was very reasonable. I called 2 other tree companies and Evergreen Tree Specialist was the quickest to respond. Carl, the owner came to our house and gave us a quote right then and there. His quote, compared to the other 2 was the most reasonable. I called on a Wednesday and as soon as we agreed on the price, Carl and his team came in the following day to start working. Because we had a huge tree, it took his team a day just to cut it. They came back the next day (Friday) to pick up the rest of the logs, cleaned my backyard and even my neighbor's backyard since there were saw dusts everywhere. Then on Saturday they took out the stump (they had to bring in a special machine for this). It took them about 1.5 hours to get rid of the stump. My overall experience with this company was excellent! Carl and his team are professionals, honest, the price was reasonable (given the size of the tree and amount of labor they put into the job - it took 5 workers to do the job) and response time was quick. Carl was all about getting the job done. In fact he told me that he didn't want me to pay him until his job is completely done! I highly recommend Evergreen Tree Specialists for all your tree needs!

He would not come to repair and said it was not urgent. He even became belligerent and nasty. We had someone else repair it but he still refuses to honor his warranty and pay for any of the repairs which were done. They said that the best thing was to redo the whole roof. I did not argue or haggle with them. I agreed for them to do whatever they thought was best. All I told them was to make sure that there are no more water problems. This was the first week of January 2025. Once we started to get some decent rain, the leak was back, but much worse than before. I have been taking out buckets of water every time it rains now. These guys are nowhere to be found. Here is the time line. Monday, February 10, 2025 - I alert them as to the problem Their response - Bear with me, I'm out of town. Friday, February 14, 2025 - I ask them for an update. No response. Monday, February 17, 2025 - I ask them again about fixing the problem. Sent them video with the full buckets of water coming in. Their response - I apologize, trying to get to you. Tuesday, February 18, 2025 - I alert them that I have to head out of town at some point, and that there will not be anyone home to empty the buckets if it rains. No response. So after doing exactly what they claimed would solve the problem, I have a bigger problem with more water damage than ever before. It has been over a week now, and they failed not only to fix the problem, but to at least have a decent response, other than some vague we are trying to get to you. You don't have to take my word for it. I am attaching pictures of the text messages referenced above. The reader can look at these and decide for themselves if they want to deal with someone like this. My opinion - Stay away from these guys, don't make the same mistake I made. UPDATE - On Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 2:49pm, minutes after posting my review, I received a phone call from George's Roofing. Then I received another phone call at 4:27 pm. They said they can have someone there the same day to try and fix the leak. Someone came around 4pm. They say it should be fixed, but let's see how it goes. For now I am keeping the buckets close by and my fingers crossed.
