Asked Jose several times last year to add some mulch beneath our trees. Never did it. Still waiting. He also charged me twice for the same service after I already paid. Billing doesn't keep good track of Zelle payments, which Jose prefers. Will seek service elsewhere. He also doesn't respond to messages. read more

Jose was a gentleman and honest from the very beginning. Let me explain how this all pans out. I got multiple quotes to remove my front garden and replace with fresh sod as well as demolish a side garden. The side garden was just to be removed and raked clean with fresh soil. I had about 1000 lbs of rocks to be removed if not more, plus at least 6 random stumps. Out of all the quotes I got, Jose was the absolute best by at least $700. He even performed the job four days ahead of schedule which blew my mind. While other landscapers needed 3 to 6 weeks to touch my property. The work started at around 7:45 in the morning and they finished around 5:30 PM. It came out gorgeous. My neighbors can't stop complementing me. Thanks Jose!! Your workers are amazing. read more

I think I had the worst backyard in all of Staten Island. We bought our house a year ago and it was time to tackle the mess of a backyard. I called New Twins because I've seen them in my area and a lot of my neighbors use them. Jose the owner came by and gave me great options that were within my budget. I had a large dead Maple tree in my front yard that branches were falling off. Called New Twins Landscaping Corp., they gave me a reasonable price. They came within a few days to cut the tree down. Cleared up all the chips, cleaned up the front and back yard. They worked all days and did a wonderful job. My yard has never looked this good in a very long time. Called for concrete work, he said they can do it. Took over a month to get him to look at the job. Waited for an estimate, finally after another month was told cannot be done. He said he doesn't do that kind of work. Why tell me you can, do an estimate and then say you can't. Very unprofessional! read more
