Overall affordable and never cuts corners, literally left the place with clean cutting edges. We have a rental property that needed a lot of TLC. I mean, a lot! When he came to the house he was ready to get started. He did our entire downstairs along with the stairway B-E-A-U-TIFULLY. Got 3 bids to paint exterior of my house including 3 gates. All were within $100. of each other. Next I talked with each company and with Chris you are talking with the owner (He will be doing the work).. He pointed out some techniques he used when painting stucco that would give better coverage (He was the only one) I was concerned about painting my gates and filling in the holes of the mesh with paint like I had seen from other painters. He showed me a $3000. machine that would eliminate that issue. We finally decided to start some redecorating while we were stuck home during the pandemic. We wanted to repaint the master BR, dressing area and water closet so I sought out quotes because we're now too old to do this ourselves. Chris gave me a quote based on our description but there is a lot of detail and the bedroom is large so he came out to confirm. After seeing it, he stuck to his quote which was very reasonable and within my budget. We let Chris know about our color choice and he picked it up on the morning of the job. He came alone because his helper wasn't well from having spent so much time painting in the sun the day before. I was concerned that Chris might not be able to do the job alone because we have some very heavy furniture in the BR. To our great surprise, Chris moved the furniture himself, taped all the baseboards, removed all the electrical faceplates and put 3 coats of light green paint over the dark red that covered most of our bedroom walls. Everything was finished beautifully, furniture returned, faceplates put back on and cleaned up by mid afternoon. Beautiful job and I'm looking for something else he can do. It was an easy choice to make. Chris told us what he would recommend for our barn and tack room preparation and painting. We told him how we would like to have the colors on the siding, trim and doors. He figured he charges. We felt that it was very fair for the work needed and the materials that we wanted used. Our house was in need of having our fascia and eaves painted. We had several estimates but decided on cutting edge because of Chris. He was the only one to ask why did I want the eaves painted, he saw no reason to do it, explained why and left the decision to me. He walked around the whole house and saw some areas where the stucco needed some touch up. Chris and his partner arrived on time and were done in no more than three hours. He walked me around the whole to make sure I was satisfied and even brought to my attention where touch up on the stucco was done and felt it did not match exactly, but I checked after it dried and could not see a difference.
