Bullshit....i been a customer since he started this business 20yts ago.... went to get my car tinted and had a few bubbles.... he told me it takes 2 weeks to mature.... 2 weeks later still bubbles... when I took it back he told me "just leave it like that! Your car is not new".... I lost all respect for Brian and his work.... he starting to be like typical Asian business owners who's businesses are in urban communities... not happy with this and I'm really disappointed in the way I was treated from someone I've been spending money with for the last 20 years.... Got the my truck done up with new Apple CarPlay radio, amp and 2 new 12's with the box and less than 3 months my speakers stop working. I go back and he offers to sell me new speakers and amp. I agree and when he takes my box and speakers I I grab them to put in front of my truck so I can sell or something later and he says he's going to keep the box,speakers, and amp I had bought from him in the first place on top of me having to buy the new equipment! This is car # 3 I bring to Brian. Personally, I've had nothing but great experiences. I've had my first car I brought to him tinted for 2 + years and it's still looks great to me. I was once here when a girl wanted to argue with him about why her windshield wasn't tinted. He tried to explain that no shop ever tints the windshield, UNLESS, the client request it. She wouldn't stop arguing with him. It took me and a male client to explain to her that what he was saying was very much true. I figured because she was very young looking and because she probably never been through this she didn't know. I feel bad that everyone else didn't have the same experience as I did. read more

What a jerk. This guy installed my overhead DVD player previously and did not clip the overhead control panel back in correctly so it keeps falling down on my wife so i bring it here to have him fix it. I pulled up at 4:00pm today and asked him to take a look. He nods okay and I wait. 45 minutes later he comes back and tells me he can't do anything about it today because he's tired and closing up and walks away. Mind you his closing hours say 6:00pm. This place is a joke and a ripoff. After purchasing a Groupon for $99,for window tinting, value $200, I was charged another $100 to get my windows tinted for the Groupon to be valid?! And the job was so bad with bubbles and drips I made them do it over, in the right color ta boot. The work here is okay , they typically half ass do things for instance I had to go back to them several times when I had an alarm put in because they did not install it correctly. My head lights would not turn on and this is because the worker did not do the electrical right. The manager there Bryan usually has an attitude if you aren't spending money and his prices are super high. I wanted a sub and amp installed in my car and Bryan was trying to charge me 400 dollars and I got it done else were for 200 . Also I've gotten my windows tinted here and the material they use is super cheap . After a month I had to go back and have my rear window re done because the tint started to peel, and he had an attitude. While getting my rear window re-done a customer left their car to get worked on and one of Bryans workers started working on the car while smoking a cigarette inside of the car. From that day forward I never been back to his shop it's disgusting and Bryan and his workers are super unprofessional. Also I would like to say AGAIN that I do not recommend getting your windows tinted here. I purchased a groupon to get my windows tinted. They were able to schedule me an appointment within the same week. They were very professional and curteous. At first I was worried because the following day, there were bubbles ALL over my windows, but it dried up within a few days in the sun. The tints looks great on my car. It was well worth the groupon. To start the work was decent and no pricing issues, I bought the groupon and was told to refund it and he would give me the same price. Service was horrible and they have zero skills with people. When we picked up the car the tint had bubbles which I knew would not go away. They came out and stuffed a paper towel with cardboard in the divider and said "your good". Let me just start off by saying I would NEVER do nor recommend this business for anything you need done to your vehicle. I went and had some work done by them on my vehicle and they made a mistake. Mind you I payed them already , so I called Bryan to let him know about it and he told me to come the next day . The next day I come he tells me he can't do anything because he already was busy with a customer. Long story short it took a month for him to fix the problem , not to mention when i had to wait for him to fix the problem one of his workers was working on a customers car while smoking a cigarette inside of the car. Got the Groupon deal for $75. Took my girlfriend's Hyundai Elantra on a Wednesday afternoon I believe, the car was done in about 45 minutes. It's been about two months now since the tint job and the tint is still looking great, no peeling, fading or bubbles. Got 20% all the way around except for the the two front windows. Found New Wave by a yelp review, and after calling all the "big shots" I was told that they couldn't get me in at my convenience and it was an all day drop off. I called Brian at New Wave about 12 noon. He told me to bring my car in at 3:30 PM to install amp and sub woofer. They were done by 4:30 PM and the sound is great. These guys are unbelievable and the price was less than I was quoted by the "big shots" My new go to guy for future stereo equipment. I purchased a $99 window tinting groupon for New Wave Sound in Gardena, California. I scheduled an appointment, as instructed with Brian on April 6th for 4:30pm on 4/10/2014. Upon arrival, Brian tells me he cannot tint my windows because he broke his wrist and no one else could do the job because he had one car and another car pulled in the same time I did. He asked my to come back the next day, I commute to work at it takes me 1 1/2 to get in the area. He tells me to call ahead to see if he will be able to do it because 5pm is late. I feel like he should have done more to accommodate the fact he failed to keep my appointment and never thought to call me ahead of time to cancel and reschedule I took off of work for the appointment. Ive requested a $99 refund and will never purchase or refer anyone to New Wave Sound. I gave them 1 star because I had too-- good customer service is everything to me. read more

These guys were great! Went at my appointment time picked out my tint shades and they were right on it. I was going to get a ride home and come back later but they were finished in little over and hour. The shop is small but you can tell they do alot of tint (and speakers) which made me feel good because even though there was only one review on here at least there were no bad ones. I like it when I ask questions and people look me in the eye when they answer. That's what I got here and it made me feel good about what they were doing. I noticed one of the windows seemed not as smooth as the others but they assured me it would go away and they were right. The next morning it was perfect. The car looks great. These two guys are knowledgable and experienced in what they are doing. Totally recommend them. I also got it done for $89 with a living social voucher!!! Great deal and great service!! read more

Found this place on groupon ended up getting charged $120 because apparently u need an appointment to use the groupon anywho didn't think much of it still was cheaper than other places I checked, they were pretty quick got done in about 30 min however I did notice small bubbles in all of the back windows I tried to complain but was told these would go away after a few days, most did still have a noticeable bubbles,I'm not fully satisfied now I have to find another tint place that will redo my entire tint job read more
