    I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Saw a vehicle I wanted, scheduled a test drive, picked it up the next day. No muss, no fuss. A number very equitable to both sides. I am beyond pleased. Lavert was my salesman and I can't put into words how pleasant this whole process was.

It should've not even been on the lot for sale like this and I have two kids driving in it) Then in April wouldn't start right battery light flashing etc towed it in, there was a misfire in the engine, It didn't even have the correct spark plugs on it. Air conditioner didn't work,paint peeled off all around the windshield I could've gotten a better shape vehicle for a couple thousand dollars less at some generic car lot. And of course , the garbage warranty that was over $3000 didn't cover anything, (cost $200 to tell me it doesn't cover anything) They probably just paid somebody to clean it up and put it on the lot because if they would've inspected it, they would've saw that there was something majorly wrong with the steering wheel rack thing they would've seen that it didn't even have the right spark plugs in it. I still don't know what's wrong with the brakes but sure have coughed up at least $6000 trying to fix it and the transmission is even worse now! Now it's not only jerking when shifting, but it's slipping and the brakes still grind and squeaking on and off. Daniel in service is great. Always in contact calls back tries to do whatever he can do in his power to help you out but unfortunately the investment company that this place is because that's what it is, all they care about is money. They don't care if the vehicle is dangerous, they'll still smile in your face and lie and tell you it's a great vehicle and if you get into an accident or somebody gets killed, they don't care they still get paid. All this stuff happened in four months the brakes and the transmission started within the first week and second week. I purchased it. now I'm sitting here azzed out of like $16,000 and a broken car. Oh and when I had to get it towed in and get the steering thing replaced, the interior of my driver door got scraped and ripped in two different places. It's leather. I was told that they would fix it and it never was fixed, and never called me back.

There is a 182 point check-list and Pure Honda will "pencil whip" most of it. To wit: 1) my tires were not rotated prior to sale according to tire store which patched a flat 2) my cabin air filter was checked after 5 months of ownership and EVERY PLEAT was full of dirt. Mechanic said it looked like the original factory air filter from 2022!! Thank God I had it checked. 3) my manuals are for a 9th gen Accord and I have a 10th gen (2022). Totally different! 4) mechanic who did my FIRST oil change found engine shield cut with tin snips. A mechanic at Pure Honda cut the shield to gain easy access to the oil drain plug. 5) the locking lug KEY for my Touring was in my glovebox but it was the WRONG KEY. I had a flat tire and had to wait 10 days for the proper key from McGard in Buffalo!!! 6) the coup de grâce: my car had damage to the front cover and passenger door so Pure Honda had a local body shop fix it secretly. They fraudulently never put it on the CarFax and never disclosed it to me. I discovered this damage while washing the car 3.5 weeks after delivery, contacted Pure Honda and they ignored me for MONTHS! Please do not deal with this ROGUE HONDA DEALERSHIP. They will pencil-whip, deceive, stonewall, then lie repeatedly to anyone if they have to. Contact the BBB of Michigan and ask about this specific complaint. They have evidence of the endless lies.

Had some initial discussion through their website and email with Jamall. Then I just walk in, told him what model and color I want, confirm the price and discount. Paid a $500 deposit, 6 month later I picked up my truck. Before I picked up, 80% of the work can be done through email exchanges. I think Sales prefer it that way too. I only had to be in the dealership for about 1 hour to pick up my truck, just to sign a lot paperwork and verify everything. Only down side is, Ford right now only offer 5.5% for 48month even with good credit unless you are buying something no one wants like a Mach-E . I can't comments on service/repair yet. The oil has been overdue for several months now. Don't want any further issues or any for that matter. Maria informed me that they are about two weeks out on getting appointments for an oil change. I had a schedule for two weeks out at 11 AM on a Friday. I parked my car when I arrived in a lot adjacent to the service area. The woman at the front desk told me to pull in the service garage. Guess they don't do that here. There is a cool Shelby for sale for $165k. It looks amazing. Iris waited on me at the first desk. $72 is quite reasonable for an oil change, tire rotation and break check. Takes about an hour and a half. At the lounge before 11AM. I am number 82, will call me on the monitor when I am done. They even sent me a text message in case I need to communicate back to the service department at all. They are closed at 1PM due to the Woodward dream cruise today. My car was done in less than 40 minutes. Not too bad. Service was good from beginning to end. Payment was easy as well at the cashier.
