This is not somewhere you want to go. I understand you want to maybe go to a dealership and not a random oil change place but I bought my car here before they became Les Stanford. I scheduled an oil change. Made it clear to do my tire rotation. They guaranteed that it was included and all my fluids were flushed and filled. That's not true. 1. They will still tell you your tires were rotated but will not mention that your lock nut for your lug nuts must be present. Otherwise they will not. Which I did not know. I figured they already had one. I marked my tire with a white chalk marker before I went in. They claimed they did a tire rotation but did not. My marker was on the same tire in the same spot. Then they asked about my lock nut which I couldn't find which is why. Okay well I just asked you if they did the tire rotation and you said yes. Why are lying or assuming? Even tho you charged me 109$ for the oil change which the tire rotation was apart of it. I have been going here since I bought the car here in 2019. Do not take your EV vehicles here!!!! Took my Hummer EV to have the front hood latch fixed or replaced and it has been sitting to be looked by the EV technician for 11weeks. Even when the issue is related to the latch, the dealership says that an EV technician has to resolve it. The latch is common to other ICE vehicles 2weeks ago they said I am next in line. But I am still waiting. Only two EV technicians that work on ice vehicles too they have. I talked to other dealership and they indicated to have more ev technicians and my waiting time would be 1week. Bought a truck a week ago within 24 hours check engine light brought it back next day has been there a week with no diagnosis service manager dosent seem to think owning a car for less than 24 hours and engine light coming on is such a big deal I've dealt with sales manager , sales managers boss, and service manager and no resolution has been made. Truck hasn't even been looked at. This problem was most likely an existing problem that they deleted the code on. In October, I brought my vehicle here after the check engine light came on. I am only 19 and female with little knowledge of car repairs and no one advocating on my behalf, I approved the recommended services in good faith, believing I could make a substantial down payment and continue with bi-weekly payments. When I later attempted to pick up the vehicle, I was told full payment was required before release. Unable to pay the full balance at once, the car was kept by the dealership and storage fees began to accumulate. The vehicle is still being held. I did not have a clear understanding of which repairs were urgent versus optional, nor that dealership pricing is often much higher than independent shops. I still cannot clearly explain what was truly necessary, though I  was told the brake and rotor work alone exceeded $1,000. Given the car is worth roughly $5,000, the final cost far exceeded the value of the car and  my expectations and ability to pay. While I'm not suggesting bad intent, this experience raises concerns about transparency and whether adequate care was taken to ensure a young, inexperienced customer fully understood the scope and cost of the repairs before agreeing to them. Also when I call the dealership, my calls go unanswered. read more

I took my car in to have a broken wire repaired I had to sign an agreement to have them take the rest of the car apart to see if there are more Wires that they need to repair the design and estimate for more hours I did not get any paperwork my car was there for three days I'm not sure what they did to it looked for an internal wire and put it back together there was no explanation as to what they did to the car I could only find one wire was reparied on top of the engine took longer than it should have and when I got the car I still did not have any paperwork until the thing was totally finished when I paid the bill and was gonna leave my car it did not even get washed I'm not happy with his Service I don't know for sure if I would ever go back to Stanford for car repair read more

My husband has taken his Terrain here on two occasions and on both they have been extremely accommodating. He got his complimentary oil change about a month ago. The lounge has a popcorn machine and they always wash your car before returning it back to you. Yesterday, he called to see if they could check his tire. First of all, let me start by saying that I was purchasing the lowest priced car on the lot (under $4000), but I was never treated like anything less than I was buying a brand new car. Really appreciate the friendly guy in the Service Department who took my Saturday call about a slowly leaking tire and told me to 'come by now' no problem on a Saturday because it would be quick. Did NOT appreciate the guy at the counter when I got there 20 minutes later...who was not interested in hearing that I'd called, but WAS interested in telling me repeatedly that 1. I should have made an appointment and 2. If an appointment came in, they would prioritize that person and I would have to wait potentially a couple of hours. Why I even bothered with Suburban makes me question my sanity. I've purchased not 1 but 2 garbage vehicles from them. The first car clearly wasn't inspected or cleaned. Fries between the seat is always a good way to start. Like a sap does I bought it. It fell apart 6 months later. I took it back and "you didn't buy a warranty". I was young and pretty deer in headlights. I was easily duped into rolling over the value loss into a 2nd vehicle that after a year needed major engine work, full brake replacement, as well as a few other major items. I realize my fault. So looking for a good used vehicle over the weekend, I stopped here not knowing it was a Suburban shop. I found a Jeep I really liked with no price. I tracked address and found it was indeed Suburban. ####! I inquired only about the price. I got a call back this morning from the sales person. The vehicle is prices at least 3k-5k over value and I briefly gave him examples of other the same vehicle I found for much less. He then said "well I'll find something in your prices range". I told him I was only interested in that vehicle and he hung up on me. Nice service read more

Yes he pissed on my back and told me it was a warm summer rain.. Stupid me, I fell for it. Now I must admit the total experience at Suburban Collection was not bad My Saleswoman Donna was awesome. My issue begins in the office of "Mr. Teddy" as he was referred to. While going through the paper work. First, the terms and rate were nothing like expected. But it was my decision to proceeded or walk away, I stayed. But what happened Next Still has my blood boiling. On the provided Car Fax it listed the vehicle as a previous Rental. This was a clear Red Flag to me knowing how rentals are abused. But when this issue was raised with "Mr. Teddy" He assured me in the classic Car salesmen voice "Oh, Its not a rental that's also how they catorgize a lease" not knowing the difference I proceeded with the purchase. Come to fine out my instincts was correct and this is a former Rental vehicle. If not for my wife I would have returned to the dealership with a few choice words for this Mr. Teddy. But now I'm looking for other ways to remedy this situation. The Question remains Would I have still brought the vehicle if I had been told the truth? We will never know. the only thing that is certain is I hate being lie too. I initially visited a few months ago to get the recall done on my airbag for my 2009 Pontiac Vibe. During my initial visit, I reported some rattling/vibration underneath my hood when I started my car. Worrying that it was something mechanical, I asked if a diagnostic could be performed. After mechanics looked at the car, they realized that my heat shield was simply detached from the car frame. However they still performed the diagnostic and charged me $106 for it despite already solving the problem. Either this was negligent or an intentional act to build up my fees. They also quoted me at over $300 to replace the heat shields while my local mechanic was able to screw them into the frame for $60. After the recall was performed, I noticed that a) the airbag cover on my steering wheel protruded more than before and b)my steering wheel was misaligned. A month after service, I brought in the car to get these two issues fixed and Falcon quickly dismissed both issues stating a) that the cover was supposed to be that for out so the horn could work and b) they don't touch the steering for my specific recall and it would cost me $80 to realign. Due to these experiences, I will never provide them with business again. read more

The dealer quoted $128 when others were offering the part at $106. To top it all off they wanted to charge an additional $48 to program it, (programing was included in their competitors price. I had a great experience buying a used car here. Everyone was very helpful and worked diligently on my deal. I got a great price on a 2010 Mazda and was extremely happy with my interest rate. I have some large challenges and was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to pay huge interest for the deal. I went to edmunds.com to verify the price and the car - well below price and a very good car from all accounts. Both sales and finance were great to deal with and I honestly have no complaints.
