They were charging me about $19 something plus. (A customer who was picking up a small hat dry cleaned paid about $20.) I told the lady there I will think about it with the plan of never ever going back. I proceeded to Sparkle Cleaners and they charge me $9 something (see picture of receipt). On a Sat morning once, the store did open a little later than posted on Yelp (like 10-15 minutes) and there was 2-3 other customers waiting as well. ps - i used to be able to find the store location on yelp and the map feature, but it seems to be harder to find, when searching "dry cleaning" or "dry cleaners". you can find it on Google Maps. just a fyi for the store owners

It's very inconvenient and literally avoidable if they just regularly cleaned the machines to avoid build up like this. I don't know how they saw my clothes like this and still folded them up and gave them to me with no warning. It's hundreds of dollars of loss on my end to replace my clothes. I was desperately looking for a dry cleaning business to dry clean/ remove some stains that were in my sister's cathedral lace veil because I was wearing it as my "something borrowed" to my wedding. I called a few businesses and some quoted me over $40, that was without even looking at the veil. I saw that this business had some positive reviews and it was also closer than the other two places I called, so I decided to call. My call was answered right away and (wish I could remember his name) was so friendly, professional and what I appreciate most was that he was very honest. He (of course without seeing the veil) said come on over and I'll take a look at it. I drove to this business and he looked at the veil and said it was something minor. He told me to hold on because he was going to grab a solution he had and I seen him put it on the stained areas. I asked how long it will take and how much it will be and to beyond surprise he said nothing! All you have to do is make sure you go home and with a toothbrush lightly brush it with water and soap but make sure it's within a hour. He didn't charged me and he took the time to help me, used his solution and explained the steps for me to complete the process. You see... I was getting married that week! I know, I know I should've done it earlier but that's besides the point! I am grateful and will always be thankful for this honest business man who maybe didn't know that forever he will be appreciated because I did wear my sister's veil at my wedding and his kindness deserves more than 5 stars! I am returning to this business as soon as I need dry cleaning and I highly recommend you to go too!

I decided to come back a second time to give them a try. This time he yelled at us for not bringing the garments unbuttoned. Like we are supposed to know this. We dropped off 8 pieces and when we came in he only gave us 7. When we tried to get the 8th he wanted proof and a detailed description. He yelled at us and blamed us for his error.
