There have been many changes in personnel here and it's a great change. Things are running really smoothly. Now what I'd like to see is more washers and dryers available. I know that there's a lot that are out of service and people are standing in line waiting for dryers and washers and that's not a good thing for business. I have been a regular customer at this laundromat. On our last drop off for wash and dry laundry, the clothes were returned to us wrinkled and zippers were warped. I suspected too much heat and clothes left in the dryer. I connected with the laundromat and they offered me credit for a rewash. However, despite the rewash the clothes are still wrinkled. I have sprayed fabric relaxer, used the steam function in the dryer, and dampened and ironed bit the wrinkles won't release. The laundromat would not accept responsibility for the damaged clothes. I haven't been to a laundromat in a hot minute. A broken washer landed me here when our laundry was piling up and became too overwhelming. Parking was easy, appreciated the two dedicated laundromat spots out front. The facility was super clean. Love that there's a restroom and hand washing station. There were also detergent and snack vending machines. It's also conveniently located in a plaza with a 7-11 and food options. An attendant was on site and was constantly wiping down all the washers, dryers and folding stations. I was impressed by how busy he kept himself during the time I spent there. He definitely deserves a shout out for keeping the tops of washers detergent free and wiped marks off the glass of the dryers. The laundromat has change machines or you can pay for your wash and dry machines with your card at the kiosk next to the change machine. Keep in mind that there is a 50 cents charge. Not having any bills on me, it was nice to be able to pay for my laundry with my card at the kiosk! There were a handful of broken machines but I didn't find myself struggling to find a working one. Overall, I had a great experience here and would definitely be back the next time I need to wash my clothes! read more

I'm normally anti public washing and always choose in-unit washer/dryer but spin city has bridged that gap for me and put me at mental ease for my laundry. We were loyal customers of this laundromat until one of their dryers burnt all our clothes on medium temp. The customer service we received was terrible. No compensation offered and also would not acknowledge that their dryer is broken and ruined our clothes instead they denied and said they didn't know what the clothes looked like to begin with. Many of their dryers are out of service, probably for the same reason. When told they would refer us to their attorney they never responded when I requested their attorneys information. read more

My washing machine has been down for a couple of weeks and our dirty clothes were piling up fast.... I used Yelp to see if there was such thing as a wash and fold service and luckily found Spin City Laundromat. We ended up filling up 2 XL bags (10 loads) of laundry and they even gave us 10% off as it was our first time utilizing their services. Not only was it convenient, they were fast and efficient. We dropped off and picked up our laundry the same day! And the best part was we were able to spend our day with our kids without trying to figure out how we were going to do our never-ending loads of laundry. Their facility is clean and the staff is warm and friendly. I appreciate the fact that they were so patient because my husband was asking a lot of questions. We will continue to utilize Spin City for their wash and fold services until our washing machine is fixed, but even then, I will still use their services to wash our comforters and such. I meant to write this review the other day but its not to late to do so.. I haven't been to a laundromat in a very long time. My apartment complex has washers and dryers but they were down. I came across this laundromat and decided to wash here. As soon as I came in I was greeted right away by this nice woman very friendly and you don't really get greeted that way in a laundromat. This laundromat is by far the cleanest I have ever been too. The woman that was working there that day was on top of that. I needed help on washing since it was my first time there. I believe her name was Emily and she was very helpful and friendly. She guided me and she answered all my questions. I will be coming back here because how clean this place is and because how friendly the staff is. read more

every time I come to this laundromat I'm always getting an attitude from an employe. I just don't understand why customers can't put laundry soap where it should go but instead they want customers to put it inside with the clothes, when the soap will come out and be on the floor. These people think that customers have alots of money to spend on laundry detergent . Especially when everything is going up. why you have a laundromat where the machines are designed to have the l detergent on top. This was my first time trying this laundromat and it was an amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the store was clean and well kept. Additionally, I used their wash and fold service which was incredibly convenient and they had a very quick turnaround with pretty affordable pricing considering the service. Just randomly picked a Laundromat off of Yelp based on reviews and it didn't disappoint. Clean, not to many people but the best thing is I came on a Friday and I guess it's free dry Fridays here which in all my years of going to Laundromats have never seen. I Visted on 7/21/2023, I have my own washer and dryer but when it comes to blankets and bed sheets I would rather bring them to the Laundromat. I haven't been to this location in a while but I noticed right away that the floors have been remodeled. Walking in the door I noticed one washer to the right was out of order. I brought my daughter inside and found a seat under the countertop for her to sit and play. A Lady came out to greet me and I find out that this place had been remodeled and had new Owners, A Husband and Wife! I always try to support small businesses. I found 2 change machines for quarters 1s,5s,10s, and 20s. Upon starting the wash with 14 quarters I found out for the first time that Unstoppable Scent Boosters aren't supposed to go in the Fabric Softener slot. I looked at the clock and realized my daughter's dentist appointment was an hour away. I asked them about the fold and wash service. I got quoted but it sounded expensive so I asked them to dry it and then bag it up for me. The woman hooked it up for $20. They Bagged up individual blankets into white drawstring trash bags. They said I was their first customer and they even gave me a gift. Overall they helped me in a tight bind and provided great service. I would recommend this up-and-coming full-service laundromat to anyone! read more
