Not knowing what size he wore in European we looked around for a conversation chart and did not find one. Again no one came to offer help. Finally googled a conversion chart. We spent another 15 minutes in the store looking at boots and wandering around but no one once asked if we needed help finding anything. The three men hadn't moved from their chat session as we left the store. Would never return.

At check out they were carefully wrapped and placed in a shopping bag (kudos for not appearing to charge for the bag and for not using plastic.) I would go back here in a moment.
