Apparently they close at 8:00 pm and it is 7:59 they let us come in and made us a pizza and calzone and even though they looked tired the still smiled and said don't worry we will make whatever you want and as many and all done without a fuss. Great to see that they aim to please, and take care of the customers which is a rare thing these days. There really isn't any Ambiance there when we got there bc they were about to close and all tables and floors clear out. Which I didn't care I was taking it home. Anyway the Calzone was Delicious and made just the way I wanted it. My wife said the pizza was very good also bc she likes the thin and crispy pizza. Solid pizza place This place is right by my house. It is a drive thru so no you cannot come eat and chill here. It is strictly delivery or pick up pizza. I ordered from their website while I was leaving work. I knew it would take me at least 20 minutes to get there. So I went for it. Ordered three big pies: chicken bacon ranch, cheese, and their special. All I have to say is that the kids were obsessed with the pizza. It was so good. Crispy but still chewy. The cheese tasted fresh. The chicken bacon ranch was my absolute favorite. Let's just say each of us ate four slices and the slices are huge!!! The meatball and wings are pretty good but I would for sure stick with pizza. The dough is so delicious and it is easy and quick. The staff is so nice as well. This restaurant is only available for pick up, so for some people that is either a positive or negative. Personally, the drive through option makes pick up so easy! Changing my review after a disappointing experience today -when I complained over the phone, the supervisor chose not to make things right. My husband decided to take a ride over and spoke to the Manager. I really hated writing a bad review about the Palmetto Bay location because the Pizza and Garlic Rolls are fantastic but this is the third time I have received a burnt pizza. The first two times the pizza was burnt on the crust and underneath, this time it was burnt on the crust and was hard as a rock. I ordered earlier today and got an extra large cheese pizza with extra cheese and a slice with the meat lovers. I know I should've checked before I left, but we were taking the order to a friends house off Sunset Drive. My mom and I are always bragging about how much we love the pizza so we thought we would surprise our friends by ordering lunch. When we got to their house, we noticed that the top of the pizza crust was really burnt badly and the meat lover slice was actually a slice with onions, green peppers and mushrooms. None of us eat onions or green peppers so we had to throw the slice out. That's $7.90 wasted. What is a shame is that I spent over $30 on a pizza that we couldn't even eat the crust plus added on the app a 20% tip which was over $8. I've noticed that it's the one chef that works there that we get the burnt pizza from and dry burnt garlic rolls. He's not friendly at all and it looks like he's unhappy working there. The other chef that's there he's fantastic, he always says hi and when I ask for extra cheese, I get extra cheese. With him any of the pizza's and garlic rolls he has fixed in the past for me are hot, delicious and never burnt. It's like I have to skip using the app and just drive from Cutler Bay over to the Palmetto Bay location and see what chef is working that day before I place an order. Lesson learned. I'll be back because I love the food but will only order if the right chef is working that day. read more

I tried this place out since it was relatively close to get too and I was way to far from the slice of pizza I really wanted to have. In addition, I was looking for a place to just grab 2-4 slices to go, I didn't want or need a whole pie. I saw fellow YELPERS rating this location pretty high and when I called they stated they sold pizza by the slice. It's very convenient just to be able to pull up and drive through versus having to get off, look at what's available, ordering and waiting. Think of Starbucks, but for pizza. I arrived with about 15 minutes to close and was informed that due to the time there were only 2 slices available. So I take it they make pizza as it's ordered, which is great, it's pretty fresh. There were about 5 employees sitting around and 1 went up to my car and asked what I wanted, I was hoping to be informed of what was available since I thought it was pre- made and just needed to be warmed up. However, he informed me of the topping choices that could be added and what was available. He informed me again there were only 2 slices, so to make it easy and quick I went with cheese and pepperoni. The order took about 5 minutes to be completed and I was on my way. I got home, opened the box and saw 2 pretty big slices of pizza. 1 slice could easily be enough for 2 people if your not that hungry, 2 slices will definitely fill 1 person up, I think. Flavor wise ? Definitely wasn't as cheesy, it had a good amount of sauce on there and I was honestly trying to figure out where a 5 star rating was coming from. Now grant it, it was late, 2 slices only available, no crazy toppings added, and it was quick. To say that this pizza was delicious is a bit of an overstatement. Based on my experience, I would go as far as comparing it to possibly a frozen pizza, DiGiorno and having similar results, and possibly even saying the frozen pizza is better. It all drive through it use to be a farm store location so you order and wait for your pizzia all on the same sise of the building while also taking online and call in order no one know what going on. This pizza is truly amazing! It's incredibly fresh and flavorful. We ordered half margarita and half Hawaiian. The fruits and veggies were great and the pepper was just right in the margarita. The crust was thin and baked to perfection and it was all packaged in a humongous box that could easily feed 5+ depending on your crowd. We also ordered a Greek salad that was delicious. I love love pizza so obviously I am some sort of a pizza snob. I ordered an extra large cheese pizza (the way it comes) and garlic rolls. It is a drive thru type place (an old farm store location). It is very small only takeout. The pizza was huge; one slice is two of any other pizza place slice. The actual cook helped me get it into my car (that's how big it was). I did enjoy it very much. The sauce was delicious (not too sweet and nearly not enough though). The cheese was good as well. I just wish it had more cheese that would ooze off the slice when picked up. However it was very basic in the cheese to pizza to sauce ratio. The crust was amazing. It was thin and the the end crust was very flakey (like eating a biscuit). I loved it. It was definitely a very freshly made pizza. I just wish it had more cheese (without having to order extra cheese at an additional cost). The garlic rolls were also very flaky. I wish it had been cooked a little less time and have more of the garlic sauce. The cost of an extra large pizza and six garlic rolls was 37.00 dollars including tax. The staff is friendly and on top of things making sure we got all items. Upon getting home we immediately grab a pizza slice, wing and roll each. I grew up in New York and we would get our pizzas from this place called Italian Gardens. Pizzas from Italian Gardens had a strong smell of garlic and when you folded the crust and took a bite the olive oil would dribble down your chin no matter how careful you were. First of all, I enjoyed the pizza very much. However, I ordered online. Half cheese and garlic, half pepperoni, garlic and basil along with garlic knots. No sauce with the knots- usually that's a given but we didn't receive any. When I picked up the order the employee apologized for no basil as it has gone bad. Secondly the garlic knots were overdone. And thirdly, there was pepperoni on the entire pizza. Get it together pizza Roma. I will try and give you another chance but it wasn't your best first impression for me. Succumbing to all the hype, I gave NYRPDT a chance. Let me start by saying that the order was ordered an hour before I arrived, and the place is awkwardly located and a line of cars was already waiting for us along with an unusual amount of people lingering around the open door to the small shop, formerly a Farm Stores. None of the workers wore gloves but hey New York style right? Might as well risk the COVID too. Making it to the door, no one had any clue where my order was, or where it had originated having been ordered through GrubHub. They tracked it down and was asked to wait 15 minutes, followed by another 15 minutes out on the street, at which point I said enough is enough and asked for a refund. All I can say the attitude was so insulting and non-responsive to the complaint ("yeah, ok, we'll get the refund) and then walked away. Favorite new pizza place! We ordered for pick up on a Friday and they were tough to get a hold of over the phone. I heard there is an app, but I haven't tried that yet. Nevertheless, I had heard so many great things about them, I just kept calling. I can say that their hard working staff was busting their butt to get everyone their orders ASAP. They took over the old Farm Stores in Coral Reef Drive just east of US1 and it's been nonstop business for them since they opened. The menu is huge, I am assuming the same as their location in downtown. The pizza was New York style giant and delicious. We ordered plain cheese And it was super fresh. BEST NEWS...??? They also have delicious gluten free personal size and a cauliflower crust as well. The gluten free crust was super crispy and well cooked. Horrible service, horrible delivery, horrible management! That is without even having tried the food. Tried to order for 45 min. the system they use took the money but never placed the order. Tried to call this actual pizza place, called 12 times, hung up on 10 times. Finally was told they had no order from me but to prove I in fact ordered it. So I got their email sent them proof of order payment and very, very frustrated. I will not order from them again, they must not know how to do basic business in the United States. pizza is most likely horrible as is their customer service. I have an invoice from them with transaction Id etc. and GubHub said the order never went to the pizza place and may credit back the amount after 24 hours! What shitty service is that. I guess my review is a little bias, so take it with a grain of salt. My wife went here a week earlier and hyped this place up as a place for great tasting pizza. That should have been the first flag for me because my wife has a very bland palate- she finds steamed cabbage and kale to be delicious. The pizza was average/good, not a place I would go out of the way for, but is a great concept because it's a drive thru and you can get a quick slice. The customer service and lady who took out order was super friendly, and great customer service is always a plus. A good place to drive thru if your in need of a quick slice. read more

Let's get to the pizza review, right off the back, pizza was smashed on the box and the meat lovers pizza was only on 2 slices through out the whole pie very disappointing.
