Went there today to get botox for the first time. Cannot RECOMMEND ENOUGH! Receptionist was friendly and got me my paperwork quickly, Dr. Roberto took me to room and was very informative, very nice, very professional and talked me through everything and helped me pick where I wanted/needed it. I was very nervous but he helped calmed me down and it was over in minutes and the needle didn't even hurt. I will absolutely being going back there for more botox and trying out fillers. PLEASE READ, evidence and federal guideline sources sited. Please be glad I can't leave less an 1 star. After a month of trying to speak to Groupon. I finally spoke to them and they spoke to these creepy crooks. The wife or whatever she is had the audacity to lie and say my symptoms were linked to an auto accident. That is a damn lie. I was there for FROWN LINES. I don't know which of those cokeheads in that urine infested facility came up with that response. The injector guy was so fixed on talking about TMJ and fluid build up and said his urine smelling wife has TMJ, I just say there and listened and reminded him of the reason why I was there. He went on and on about this and it had NOTHING to do with me. NOTHING. I am a nurse, why would I go to them for MIGRAINES?! Again, my appointment was 12/20, I reported symptoms on 12/23 (image attached) asking them about reversing the injections and symptoms, a doctor I worked with reminded me that I also called the office on 12/26. I was trying to give them grace since it was the holidays but still, no response. Plus they advertise a Juvaderm (images attached) that is $500 to $900 a unit but claim they give Botox which is $10 a unit. I finally got a response and in their response to my complaint via Groupon, they said I wasn't eligible for a refund due to a leaving a bad review, YES I left a bad review, A WHOLE MONTH LATER since these urine smelling people failed to be a good business and respond to a text about reversing the injections and symptoms! As a nurse with a masters in public health, save your time and get cosmetic frown line injections at an actual dermatology office because this seems to be how they keep their doors open. Also as previously mentioned, they continually created and cancelled appointments (images attached) because someone isn't too tech-savy and I immediately noticed all "booking and cancellation emails. I'd given the Groupon code while in the facility and then AFTER I left (and the appointment was completed), the wife asked me for the Groupon code again (email attached) and she went on to create another appointment and forged my signature on the consent (images attached). Each of my appointments she created has a different booking ID (image attached). As mentioned before, walking into that place and it being so creepy and urine smelling, I decided to record my visit (image attached) and did not stop recorded until I made it to my car, meaning I was there for less than 15 minutes which is ridiculous and unsafe being this does not allow for the patient to be monitored for reactions -- again, as mentioned in the previous post. Per CDC and NIH best practice is to monitor the patient for 15-30 minutes to watch for emergent reactions such as anaphylaxis. According to FDA, facility is supposed to monitor patients for breathing concerns, trouble with swallowing, etc. and on the actual BOTOX LABEL it states to REPORT SYMPTOMS (source included). Again, I don't know what in the hell they gave me or how much they gave me but that did not matter to them since they did not respond. The "medication" was already drawn up before I got there. Medical rules and best practices per Joint Commissions, CDC, and NIH is to draw up in the presence of the patient where the vial is visible to maintain 5 rights of medication administering including to never draw up too far in advance (sources included). I also did not see him put anything into a sharps container so they could also be reusing syringes. Bottom line, I was creeped out and started recording, my appointment was at 3p and the appointment was complete at 307p and I was on my way to my car (image attached) and after completing the appointment they needed the Groupon Codes again to make a new appointment and forge my signature on consents. I only came back to post this simple because these urine people lied. I also only went through the appointment for curiosity and I am surrounded by attorneys PLUS they speak of no refunds. They do not have any safety related guidelines anywhere in site. I simply wanted a response but the money-hungry, urine smelling creeps are only focused on money. I will be reporting them to authorities since they lied on me. I was already pissed about not getting a courtesy response to my text yet they sent constant emails about reviews. I almost want to cry. I went to Miami and paid thousands to get a PET lift with Dr De Souza and came back in so much pain and an asymmetrical look to my face as well as a protruding jaw muscle bc of improper Botox inj. Adam at New You was recommended for correction and I cant sing his praises enough. He is a master injector and literally changed my look and took away so much pain before I even left the office. They peer pressured me to do a procedure i did not come there for. Then botched it.. tried 3 times to fix it and then told me they would refund me but I have yet to refund. The medical director nor any medically trained supervisor is not onsite.. The injector Adam and his wife run the business but have no medical education.. I am very close to opening up a full investigation with the Texas Medical Board bc I have to live a year with a deformity and possible surgery to fix what they did.. I don't like to give extreme opinions about anything because it may sound not objective but I took the time to write this review to alert, warn and prevent people not to have the same such a bad experience I had with the lack of professionalism in this place specially with Dr., with who I ironically put the Botox a while ago, so that's why I know how it works with him and in general because I use Botox regularly. This time the results weren't the same as expected. I figured something was wrong, since either the product was expired or damaged or the doctor didn't do it correctly this time. Since mistakes can happen , I contacted them again and besides I wasn't treat with kindness , they made me feel if I was naive and wanted to charge me to put the Botox again making me believe that I had to put it in other area so my frown could not look still. One thing is that you need more product because you get older and other thing very different is that you have to put in other spot to get the results when he never mentioned that the last time and actually didn't do it on me and I got the results that time in the specific area I'm talking about. I'm really disappointed about this place where it looks the only goal is to make money and don't really care about the most important thing which is: the customer service experience and satisfaction. I waited a while before I decided to write a review. I always like to give people the benefit of doubt. I found this med spa via Groupon. Went there on several occasions but each time felt like something was not 100% right. My Botox dissolved very quickly in both lip & jaw. I had filler done in my lips & around my mouth. Lip filler dissolved twice in a matter of 2 weeks and around the mouth I had random swelling for months. I discussed and addressed all concerned. I'd say, I'm a very chill person. So I don't necessarily like to provoke issues. After my last filler I contacted the office, which again I was hesitant to do- I'm not a complainer by nature.. but when you pay money for something you want to see results, right ? So they asked me to come in, which I did. Dr. offered to fix the issue, which sounds great, right ? That conversation occurred in January. I was told he would get a different product for me and told me to call in two weeks. I did exactly that. I was told the product hadn't arrived. Let's just say I have been calling for the past two plus months of seeing him and I am still waiting for this product to arrive. Last conversation with the receptionist which was about 3 weeks ago was quite sarcastic. I have been doing fillers for years in Los Angeles and was being hopeful to find someone reliable here in Houston... but I suppose that's not happening here. It's possible that fillers are old or watered down. It makes no sense that they dissolve and completely disappear so fast. I know I'm not a super woman who can metabolize filler that fast. Best that people are aware. I suppose, the old saying of " you get what you pay for. " Is what happens here.. Spend the extra $$ elsewhere. read more

Dr Robert is AMAZING. I've done botox treatment with him twice when I've gone to visit my sister in Houston. I WILL NOT go to anyone else. I feel so safe knowing that I'm getting the treatment done with a doctor as opposed to a nurse or someone who had received the training. I'm sure there are people who are good at it but it's a hit or miss from what I've seen on my friends. He leaves me looking VERY natural and only those who see me everyday can tell a difference, but "they just can't put their finger on" what's different. I lost at least 5 years on my face, if not more. I'm 36 and was told that I looked 28. The pain couldn't believe that I was closer to 40 than to 30. The wait time is close to zilch. The exterior of the building isn't much to look at, but don't let that deter you! His office is nice and his bedside manner is astounding. read more

I suggest you go somewhere else where the business is well stablished. This is a scam. I paid to have 32 units of Botox with cero results, I waited the two weeks and nothing, so I called "Dr. Roberto" and explained him the issue, and he told me to go in person, so I went. I drove an 1 hour, and "Dr. Roberto" wanted me to pay again to have another 32 units. This called who names him self Doctor, put another 32 units on me and advised to week another two weeks. I didn't see any difference. I think he injected me water, because he goes to a different room and comes back to your room with the syringe ready, we never see the botox bottles. So, he told me that if I didn't see any results with the second 32 units, to call him and that he would refund me. But, of course, he never did. PLEASE DONT VISIT THIS STECHY PLACE. read more

Not recommended. The manager did not inform me to go back for a follow up check after my one-time filler was done. When I complained that my lips look horrible he just told me to come over for a follow up.
