This has been my experience. Let me express what your response should be. Sorry for the inconvenience and damages - We agree that before the cabinets were brought into the garage, the feet should have been put on so the floor would not be damaged. If our company making the WHITE GLOVE delivery did not what to put the feet on the cabinets they should have asked you if you would like to screw the 4 feet on the cabinets with the plastic cushions so we don't DAMAGE the floor. They could have been removed from the carton and laid them down and I would have gladly screwed in the feet prior to them being placed in the garage. NOW I have to hire someone to come and remove them from where they were placed possibly causing more damage in order to SCREW in 4 PROTECTIVE FEET. MY GOD, THIS WAS A SIMPLE THING THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE NOT SEND ME AN EMAIL TELLING ME WHAT WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY IS. When I added the WHITE GLOVE it was with the understanding from the person on the phone that I spoke to that there was some assembly required and WHITE GLOVE would take care of this along with taking the cabinets out of the box and removing the cartons. I WAS NOT ASKING FOR THESE CABINETS TO BE ATTACHED TO THE WALL, I WAS EXPECTING THEM TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE GARAGE COMPLETE WITH THE FEET ATTACHED SO NO DAMAGE WOULD BE INCURRED. Ordered some very expensive garage cabinets, they shipped one of the largest cabinets dented, this was shipped that way as the box was NOT damaged, just the product inside. They refuse to answer any emails or requests for communication, spent an eternity on the phone trying to reach someone, requested call backs, and sent emails...no response after a week...spent thousands on these cabinets and now I'm stuck with damaged merchandise...very shady company with non existent customer support. could've just bought some cheap chinese garbage and got the same support. read more

I purchased $8000 with of garage cabinets and unfortunately one tall locker and the 84" countertop came damaged due to poor packaging practices to protect the countertop corners and a horrible truck delivery service who didn't care if they damaged items. When I called new age customer service they told me they couldn't offer any discount for the damaged $1,100 tall locker since it was "just minor dents" and offered to replace the countertop but that it would not arrive for another month. They then offered $200 for the countertop saying "I could go to Home Depot to grab one locally". After looking at the prices for a replacement countertop it was $515 with tax and shipping! So after talking with customer service again they said that $200 refund is the best they can do and that they can no longer send a replacement or give me any larger of a refund to pay for the $515 replacement countertop. After talking with their resolutions department they offered an additional $250 refund which would still make me pay for a replacement out of my pocket of $65! I don't understand why they can't either give a full refund for a not usable countertop and damaged cabinet, or at least send a replacement? Why should I have to pay more for a replacement items? I'm sure they're getting a refund from their insurance or from the delivery carrier too. Nice product but poor customer service practices... read more

I gave 2 stars because the product is 5 star however the design service they offer and subsequent customer service when the design service processes the order is less than a 1 star. This is always a sad situation when you have an outstanding product that unfortunately does not live up to the brand expectation. In short I use their design services to design my $20,000 outdoor kitchen. As part of that we selected a grill, smoker, pizza oven to be placed in the kitchen of which I bought all products directly from New Age because then I was ensured that the cabinets would match and fit each of the products instead of saving money and purchasing even better branded appliances from additional sources. When all of the products finally arrived after seven weeks it was noticed that they sold me a in-cabinet mount pizza oven with a countertop mount pizza cabinet. Needless to say when I brought this to customer service attention they told me they would need to sell me the correct cabinet so that I can use my pizza oven from NewAge as I must have mislead their design services as to the intent of what I wanted? Honestly, when they recommended adding a pizza oven to the kitchen to have completeness, they never even discussed if the pizza had the option of sitting on top of the counter or being dropped into a cabinet similar to the grill for aesthetics. I think this is clear to everyone reading the mistake and shame on New Age for not owning up to their incorrect design. read more

Terrible customer service who knows nothing. I ordered a 12 piece garage cabinet set. I was told it would arrive in 2-4 weeks. After 5 weeks I asked for an update and was told someone from another department would reach back out to me in the next 48 hours. 72 hours went by I emailed again asking for another update. 3 days later I received a response that they had escalated the response and I would hear from someone from their team within 24 hours. Days went by again and I emailed yet again and never received another response. A couple weeks later I received a new email from the carrier asking for a delivery date, we agreed on their next available that was the following Monday. I paid for white glove deliver where the carrier would unpack everything and take the boxes and pallets with them. When the carrier arrived the driver laughed at the fact I thought he was taking the boxes and pallet back. I called Newage and reported the issue and asked if the installation team would take them? I was told by their representative that he wasn't sure if the insulation team will do that or not but put me on hold to make a phone call and find out. After a 10 minute hold he came back and said he couldn't get a hold of anybody, but we put in a note and I will be contacted within 24 hours from the install team. Another week went by with nobody calling me so I made a phone call again and sat on hold once again for another 30 minutes. The representative again stated he saw the notes The previous representative had put in, and that he would contact the install team and put me on hold. Representative came back yet again stating they could not get a hold of the install team and could not answer my question if they would take the boxes and pallets note could he tell me when they would contact me but told me to hang tight for another 4 days!!! I paid for the Newage installation, the installer agreed and sent Newage documentation over a month ago. Newage is refusing to replace the damaged products and keeps asking me to accept ridiculously low compensation to just keep the damaged products instead of replacing them... I ordered from New Age Products and we were really excited to get our cabinets. We paid for the White Glove Service, which stated that they would deliver the cabinets, bring them to the area of the house that we would be installing them in, unbox everything and haul away all the packing materials. I received a call a few weeks later saying that we would be getting the cabinets in the next couple of weeks and that the delivery company would be calling me to let me know when they would be delivering. One day we went out side to find the cabinets had been dropped in our driveway and just left there in freezing cold temperatures, they did not even contacted us to at least let us know that they were there. Then to top it off, part of the order was not even delivered. I have been going back and forth NewAge now for about a week and a half. They have no idea where the missing pieces are and I asked to have the fee for the White Glove Service refunded, but I did ask that they have someone come and take away all the boxes. I was informed today that they still don't know where the missing pieces of our order are and, in order to have someone take away the boxes they would not be refunding my White Glove charge despite the fact that they would be doing a small fraction of what we were paying them to do. The part of the order that we have received is very nice, I am happy with the quality but if I will never order from them again, nor would I suggest that someone else order from them. read more

This is a review worth reading. I purchased an 11-piece set of garage cabinets from Costco.com. The cabinets were through one of their vendors called Newageproducts (NAP). Upon placing the order online weeks went by and I did not hear from Costco or NAP. I contacted NAP by email and did not receive a response for over a week. My request for a tracking number was ignored and I received a canned response. At approximately the 6-week mark, my credit card was charged. This time I call NAP and was unable to speak to a human. I then called Costco and spent an enormous amount of time on the phone while they tried to get in touch with NAP. No luck, they explained they had sent an email and I should receive a response. I finally receive a tracking number and find out my order will come in two shipments. One of the shipments arrived UPS and of course, it was damaged. I took pictures as instructed on the website and sent them via email. Again no response. I call Costco again and explain the situation. Again they try and contact their vendor but could only tell me I will be contacted. Shortly after that call, I get a call from NAP and they explained the call was dropped by Costco so they decided to call me directly. I tell them about the damage and the fact that the packaging was substandard. I explained there was no Styrofoam to prevent damage in the box. I ask if I could expect that with the rest of the shipment and they could not answer. When I asked how long it would take to get a replacement, they stated I would have to wait until the rest of the shipment arrived and all the damaged items would be replaced together. I then asked how long will it take to get replacements and they stated 4 to 6 weeks. I hung up and called Costco and explained the situation. They stated they could not help me but I could cancel the order if I wanted. Again, I call NAP and ask to cancel the order. They state I would be contacted by the resolution team within 24 to 48hour, which did not happen. I called Costco and explained the situation and they initially said I would have to wait for the vendors' approval. This is when I lost my mind! Finally, a supervisor authorized the cancellation. After a couple of days, I still do not see a credit processing on my account. I call Costco to ask for a supervisor and am given another set of rules on why my refund has not been processed. They said their hands were tied and could not help me. By this time I was fed up. If this was a couple of hundred dollars I would have never spent this time trying to resolve the problems but this was for almost $3000.00 dollars so I called my credit card company and made a complaint. Currently, I have still not received a refund but I did receive a call from NAP wanting to schedule a delivery date. Additionally, I received an email that offered a discount if I took the order as-is. Costco has lost me as a customer for life. I will relay this story to whoever will listen for the rest of my life. Additionally, I will cover the internet with this review. When dealing with Newageproducts company, let the buyer beware. read more

I ordered $1600 worth of garage cabinets from this company through Home Depot online. Included were 2 wall mount utility cabinets, 1 short utility floor cabinet, 1 85 inch tall storage cabinet, 1 rolling 5 drawer tool cabinet and 1 60 inch long work bench with adjustable height legs. I was impressed with the construction of the items until I found one of the adjustable work bench legs missing (so now I have a work bench with 3 useable legs. I called the company direct but they informed me since I ordered it through Home Depot I would have to go through Home Depot customer service to obtain a replacement leg. OK, I called HD customer service and explained what I needed in the way of a replace part (they looked up the part in a catalog). They placed an order with New Age Products for 1 leg post, said it would be 7 to 14 days to get the part...not good but then I did need the part. Time passed and nothing came so I called HD back and they checked status, part is one the way and I should have it soon. Hooray, a package came from New Age but the size of the box told me it was not what I needed. I opened the package only to find they had sent me 4 adjustable levelers, not 1 adjustable leg. Back on the phone with HD and they placed another order for the correct part and included a picture of the part. Again 7 to 14 days (it has now been almost 2 months since I first ordered this set). I called HD back in 10 days and wanted to know the status, it seems the order never got placed because someone went on vacation. Rush ordered the part, New Age sends back an email to HD wanting to know which part I want...Arrgh. I finally called my local Home Depot and had them come an pick up the whole blooming set of cabinets and issue a refund. New Age has some nice products but if you are missing a part, forget trying to get a replacement. Very poor customer service, lost a $1600 sale all because of a $15.00 part. read more
