I wish I didnt have to write this but let me tell you, the quality is awful! I have been fighting with them for 2 weeks now and asking them to come get the cabinets. The cabinet walls are bowed, doors don't shut even, the doors are warped etc. These are as cheap of a cabinet as you will find. I guess I now know why the other companies are so much more expensive. Your better off with plastic or Home Depot products. They were going to try to fix it, send replacements but that takes weeks for a response so now I am calling my cc company if they dont come get them! The cabinets are just flimsy and poor made! Visited the showroom in Vaughan Ontario, checked out the display and decided to order the 40inch platinum grill with cart, was given a delivery date of July 31-august 6th, but received a delivery confirmation on Monday July 22nd and product arrived on Thursday July 25th BTW 11-12pm, had the cart installed by a individual who carefully put the unit together after about 2.5 hours we opened the nexT box with the grill, what a disappointment, it was a used unit carefully wrapped and boxed, called to discuss the concerns but the location was not picking up, so sent a message and received a call on Friday afternoon, it's like talking to a team who reads off script or AI, very disappointed and now they hold my money till they decide to come get this should be garbage unit off my property before providing me a refund...will never visit or ever recommend the service or product from NewAge ever again please see photos and make your own decision...stay as far as you can from the product and services will never recommend to my worst enemy read more

Six calls were made to arrange installation before product had arrived. Five more calls to coordinate shipping which arrived 4 hours late and had to be re-delivered. More calls required to get installation even scheduled, which did not even arrive on the day I had set aside. To date, I have wasted at least 4 hours on the line with customer service and stayed home 2 days completely unnecessarily because of customer service and installer incompetence. No outdoor cabinet solution is worth this amount of pointless hassle. read more

They called me one day after they missed the starting delivery time period for my order to inform me that my order would be a month late. At the time of my order in August, I made it clear that I required a delivery in September. Their last minute change to an October delivery seems to indicate that they took my order in August with no product in stock in the US or Canada. They stated that they were captive to the manufacturer's schedule in China. I canceled the order and quickly found a replacement at Lowe's. read more

New Age Cabinet Installers installed cabinets wrong so they would come off the wall when loaded. They cut the backsplash in the wrong places for the electric outlets. One cabinet was installed crooked so it will not open. The lights were installed with magnets and fell off as soon as you open a door. The cart they installed had pieces falling off and the backsplash was installed so it was peeling off at the center seam. They came back to fix everything and the cabinet is still crooked. The lights fell off within a few hours of re-installing with tape. The cabinets had to be re-installed at a lower level so the backsplash has to be replaced. When I called New Age to get more Backsplash under warranty, they informed me I would have to pay for it which I refused. A handle has now also fallen off. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! The rep on the phone told me I could not talk to a supervisor because they would tell me the same thing. Trying to communicate with support was frustrating because of the language and literacy barrier of the support people. They wanted $160-199 to back the truck up the 15 foot driveway and unload it in the garage. REALLY!!!!???? New Age will place items in "sets" and not allow you to return items. We bought two garage shelves and did not need both. We sought to return one and the company would not allow a return, stating it was their policy not to accept returns. This is a duplicate product, not a combined set. There's absolutely no reason for this kind of denial. It is highly likely, if you order from New Age, that you will receive products that you cannot return and become landfill. It is a disappointing and disgraceful practice. read more

Ordered in November of 2021, garage cabinets finally just arrived today (7th March 2022) and they were paid to unpack and haul off the boxes, etc. They did not due the latter, which is called "White Glove". They were only willing to refund a partial on the White Glove since the cabinets were put in the garage. (What joke). I'm pressing them to do what they were paid to do. Still remains to be seen if these cabinets/company are worth the incredibly long timeframe for delivery and the multiple calls to customer support to do what they were paid to do. Product that aren't the work top meet expectations. Only a few flaws in the drawers and cabinets, one being the texture and black color shade. There's slight variances in color. On to the table tops in the stainless steel. These are made of sawdust and wrapped in stainless steel (only top, with bottom not protected at all). Stainless steel looks great easy to clean, but is easy to scratch the shiny finish doesn't last long at all. Corners will crack and a few of mine have cracking in them. The steel is easy to dent DO NOT put anything slightly heavy on it and slide it around the top it will scratch and dent very easy. I've gotten pro series and bold series both look great but aren't for the professional level shop, only a diy'er The screws to mount the table top to the drawer are not suitable for the size. The tops will vibrate After spending just under $10,000 you would expect a great product. I'd say if it were slightly cheaper in price my review would be a 5 star, but for the price I paid it's a 2 star. I'm happy with customer service they did what they could to help me. Shipping was good Waiting on the product was poor. I ordered lots of items and the last set had a back ordered time of the end of march (ordered all my products between October and beginning of November) Luckily I didn't have to wait that long since I raised a fit and wanted to cancel the order. UPDATE: original review is below the line Newage reached out to me and in an effort to make things better they offered me the 2 foams for free but since I didn't write the original review to get freebies I refused, and I offered to pay for them like everyone else but at the price that others can get (10$cheaper) I worked with Michael and he followed up and followed through and turned the experience around Al he was able to get me an invoice and I bought the parts needed - they waived shipping and I'm grateful for that. I am updating it to 3 stars and not more even though Michael was amazing mainly for two reasons: 1- as a returning customer showing loyalty I should get the same price (if not better.. but I settle for same) as others buying stuff now.. 2- I wish this didn't have to get to this to get the customer experience that one of their customers should get With that said, what changed before and after Michael, is that now I'm going to place another order this week after originally saying I would never. I hope they understand the concept of "valued customer" for existing ones the same as they do trying to make a new sale. The cabinets arrived and one set of keys didn't work the other worked fine, I called support and instead of making it easy and say "send us the ones that don't work and we will send you a set that works" they wanted me to record a video and send it on "how a key doesn't go in the hole" and then go through the case for them to "see what they can do" So I ignored this and I'm using the other set Second issue I had is that I bought a service with it for them to "place the cabinet where it goes and take the trash away" or whatever it is, they arrived and wanted to leave them in my driveway until i objected and they talked to their supervisor - second frustration Then they quoted me a shipping day and they changed it outside the range after placing the order to arrive in the middle of holidays Then.. the same day that I got them, I figured out what accessories are needed so I went to their website to buy accessories and saw that they have the holiday sale where each cabinet is 400$ cheaper Than I bought each.. I called them and they wouldn't price match but if u want to return u pay a restocking fee - third horrible frustration Then after the holidays cabinet went to normal price (even though it shows on sale but for no reason) and that price is still 300$ cheaper than I bought each - they are CROOKS and they fake prices to mislead customers Then, to buy the accessories after the fact, you don't get bundle price anymore which is 33% more than bundle price AND I have to pay 60$ shipping on a 400$ foam and stand accessories. I repeat, worst customer experience ever! Now, to be fair, they gave me a refund for a bit of the difference in amount after I told them, out of spite, that I'm happy to lose the restocking fee and for them to get their shit back and return. NEW AGE KNOWS THEIR PRODUCTS WILL ARRIVE DAMAGED AND THEY DON'T CARE I was initially told Non-Stop Delivery lost my order but one of the two boxes ended up getting delivered. Of course, the cabinet was terribly damaged. I immediately sent New Age customer service an email as it says to do on the sticker placed on the back of the cabinet. That was Tuesday. It's now Friday and haven't heard a peep. When is the rest of my order arriving? When will a replacement cabinet be sent? I won't hold my breath. I contacted NewAge Products to order a garage storage system. They set me up with a designer and sold me on a pretty major system. When they missed the delivery deadline by more than a week I tried calling, left messages and heard nothing back. Nothing. I sent emails to support and to the design team and heard nothing back. Nothing. Finally I waited and waited and got through to a chat support person on the website and they find out that the order was "held up" with the design team. I have no resolution at this point but have been told that I will hear back in 24-48 hours. I have already paid. I could have had another system by now if I had chosen another product. Half the time I feel like they aren't even a real company. That i gave my money away to an internet scam or something. Terrible experience so far. read more

I'd give negative 5 stars if I could as a rating. *****WARNING***** DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with!!!!! Took 5 months (plus) to get the 14 piece set I ordered. They never communicated with me to tell me how long it was actually going to take to receive. Finally received my items and everything arrived okay. It was 2 seperate deliveries. The first delivery that arrived was dropped off in my driveway and left there. No phonecalls, text messages, emails, or anything else to tell me when it was coming. I was at work when they left it at my house. The second delivery the trucking company contacted me to set up a day. I put everything up and it looked great. Not much sturdiness to them but it will do. I decided to order two 36" cabinets in the same color (that I waited 5 months plus for). The same trucking company drops off the two 36" cabinets in a van while I was at work (again) and never contacted me to let me know it was coming. I checked my security camera system and watched the trucking company arrive. They had my two cabinets laying flat in the van as they are too tall to stand up in the van. They stacked other goods on top of the cabinets and damaged all the doors on the cabinets. I got home and opened the packages and that's when I realized there was damage to the items. I immediately called NewAge. They put the act on about I'm sorry this happened and blah blah blah blah blah....! After having to get on them they stated that the report for the damaged goods had to be sent to the supervisor for approval and that they would get in touch with me soon. About 2 or 3 days later I received an email stating that I had 2 options. First option was to keep the damaged goods and receive a $150 credit. The second option was that some technician would come and try to repair the items. I had responded that option 3 was their best option which was to send me 2 new cabinets just as I ordered them! I informed them that it could become a legal matter. The next day they responded that they would send two new cabinets to me. About one week went by and I had heard nothing. No phone calls, no text messages, no emails, nothing. So I had to call NewAge. Nobody in that company knows what the hell is going on. Nobody would give me an answer! Finally, I got in touch with some buffoon. They said to keep the 2 damaged cabinets, donate them, or toss them in the trash. I had found a place to donate to Vets. They had accepted the donation verbally as I told them that I have to wait for the new cabinets to arrive first. Then a few more days go by. I still haven't received any information about when the new cabinets would be shipped out, a tracking number, freight company info, nothing! I had to call back AGAIN! Once again, nobody knew what they were doing! The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing! Again, I finally got in touch with some guy (forgot his name). He proceeds to tell me that the cabinet color I ordered is not available and there's no stock anywhere, any backlogs, or any dates in the near future to get stock. That meant another 5 months at least to wait for two new cabinets. I asked for 2 - 30" cabinets in the same color. The guy tells me that he'd set up a date to come pick up the 2 damaged cabinets and that I could repurchase 2 - 30" cabinets afterwards. Mind you that my garage was filled with all the stuff that was meant to be inside the 36" cabinets. It was a mess! I said what's the difference? Just send me 2 - 30" cabinets in the same color and give me back the difference in money. Nope! They want to keep your money! Greedy to say the least! Was not helpful in any way! Finally, I asked what colors they have in the 36" size cabinets. The guy tells me Red, and all Black. I needed the cabinets bad as my garage was a mess. I told him to send the Black. Then I brought up the 2 damaged Cabinets and he tells me they were going to take them. I went off on this guy because I had already asked the Vets organization if they wanted them. How embarrassing is that to turn around and tell them that they can't have the cabinets now because this company has a bunch of braind*ad people working there. After going back and forth for several minutes the guy said to just donate them. Please, please, please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! You were told!!!!! There are many other companies out there that are way better and have way better built products!!!!!! Just do some research and you'll find other great companies!!! Also, do not buy NewAge through businesses like BJ's Wholesale, Lowes, Home Depot, etc.... because you'll be dealing with the same b.s. that I just explained above even when you buy direct. They do not store or ship any hardware for the drawers. If the cheap plastic part holding the drawer to the cabinet breakers they will offer you a small partial credit for a new cabinet. I am flabbergasted that they think I am going to take off the whole top and reinstall a cabinet because they won't support it. read more

Good quality product if it arrives undamaged or at all. Ordered ~$5k worth or product. One tall cabinet was crushed by a forklift and 2 months later I'm still struggling to get a replacement. A large shelving rack didn't arrive at all. When speaking to NewAge support they are friendly but sadly unable to remedy persistent issues with their shipping vendors. I have called 6 times over 3 weeks and have been promised delivery multiple times - still no replacement cabinet or pieces from original order - which was place in January (writing this at end of April).
