I ordered the New Age Pro 3.0 series garage cabinets. They arrived a couple of days earlier than expected. The delivery driver was extremely helpful and patient. The cabinets were packaged extremely well and absolutely no damage. I took my time unboxing and taking inventory. Everything you need is included. Pay close attention to the instructions. Make sure to use a level several times and the holes will line up great. I was surprised how my garage floor was wavy in my new house. I'm very pleased with the quality of the cabinets. I had an issue with one of the parts and called customer service. I was helped by customer service agents Rahul Swamy and Hemali Ramani. They both were excellent communicators and very responsive and had my issue rectified immediately. This is kind of a mixed review. I recently placed three separate orders for New Age cabinets from Costco. The first delivery took forever to get, and then the delivery truck showed up with 800lbs of cabinets and no lift gate on the truck to lower them down. WTF? Since they couldn't unload them, they left. It took a couple weeks to get them back and delivered. The second set came quickly because they were small and light. They did have some minor shipping damage to them. The third set showed up with minor damage, and were missing some of the cabinet feet and leg extensions. After contacting CS, they sent me the feet but not the leg extensions. The second time around they sent the leg extensions so it's finally complete. I will say this: Their cabinets are decent quality and cheaper (at least through Costco) than what you will find elsewhere. Expect to probably have some shipping issues. Their customer service has been great - Karen Cubillan took great care of me and became like my personal concierge with these shipments, and refunded me part of my purchase price for the shipping damages as well as the delivery fiasco. read more

We love love the cabinets! Our garage has such a classy feel, less cumbersome. The stateside team is amazing. Based on the other reviews, the delivery time lagged, but we were not in a hurry. We did order two cabinets aside from the large initial package of cabinets. The first of the two individual cabinets arrived but it was the wrong size. We called customer service to see about returning the cabinet and the gentleman was very nice though he never followed through. We ended up finding a space for this one cabinet - we figured - life is short. The second cabinet was perfect and it finished our Tetris cabinetry formation. Overall, would we buy these cabinets again? YES and YES. What would we do differently? We would brace ourselves for a long waiting period and we would definitely ensure we ordered the right product. What about the customer service? Sadly, they get a 1 star, albeit nice people, still no follow up and this was a bit sad. I would suggest brining the customer service component stateside or at the very least ensuring that the continuity of the customer experience was met with not only a solid amazing product but complemented with an actual human being who sees us (the customer) as a valuable part of the transaction continuum. read more

I have used NewAge for eight plus years on 50+ projects of mine. even though Siddhant Jadhav was great to work with, he was restrained by some of the companies archaic policies. they will only supply you with replacement parts they "do not sell" replacement parts. I bought my NewAge outdoor kitchen at Costco. Even though they tell you that they offer a 20% discount when buying at Costco, it's a total lie because the 20% off is vs the individual unit price. If you buy the entire kitchen directly from NewAge, the cost is lower than buying at Costco. They also don't tell you that they won't offer you any support if you buy their products at Costco. I later called to get the product installed professionally by NewAge and they told me that they won't instal anything that isn't purchased directly from them. How does that make any sense? I just spend thousands of dollars on their products but they won't support me at all because I bought the products from Costco?! NewAge did a roadshow at Costco, which means they made an agreement with Costco to allow them to temporarily sell in their stores. Then their sales people are misleading about the price and don't bother to mention that they won't bother to help you after purchase. Ridiculous! I would never recommend this company to anyone and I'm really disappointed that Costco would allow such a company to sell at their stores. read more

BEWARE they have worst customer support team! When you have a damage item delivered that nightmare! Email customer support with no respond, and call in the next day talking to customer support line her name "Uneza" she ask me send more detail pics and Video through her email link, and I reply through her email link after that she start ignored me and my email. Even I call again the customer support team promise she will call me back in 2 mins which she did not. Ok now I have to call in again talk to another guy on the line went all over the damage again 3 of my cabinet locker has different front surfaces dents damages I don't how to post video here so I post 1 major damage locker pics here. but after he check the pics and videos that I send to Uneza he said "oh the minor damage not effect the locker function !!! After 2 years, they still have not installed my Garage Shelving. They offered "Free Installation", because it was the beginning of Covid, and they wanted to drum up business. After multiple delays, they sent their Installer. He forgot to install the Backsplash AKA Slatwall and the Legs (he only bolted it to the wall, without support). When I told him that I ordered Legs and Backsplash, he looked at the boxes that he FORGOT to open and said "I can come back in a week or two to re-do it. But I have to charge you $150-$250". WHAT?!? When I emailed NewAge Products 10X, they simply looked for excuses. Don't believe me... The shipping process is a mess. it took 2 months to arrive and then once shipping was scheduled, I took the day off of work... then it never arrived. They didn't call to note a change, delay, nothing! After contacting the freight company and NewAge about 10 calls and emails later it was scheduled 2 weeks later yet they arrived later than the window of time confirmed. They offered no considerations for the problems they caused. One I unwrapped the package I realized that 1/2 my order was missing! I planned time to assemble this weekend and now I can't even start. No customer service support on the weekend and a disappointing experience. We'll see how they handle it but at least the quality of the Pro Series items look decent. I hope they hold up after use. So if you don't mind a disastrous shipping experience and weak customer service for a fair value of cabinetry, then NewAge is the right brand for you. read more

New Age was slow, had insufficient communication, made promises they didn't keep, and delivered a product that was not quite up to the quality that I expected from seeing their website and talking to them initially to get a quote. We started the process in mid-November and still do not have a finished grill as of almost mid-March. We are able to use the grill, but we do not have the decorative stone installed, because they were not able to provide us an installer (as promised over a long period of time) for that part of the job. They did refund the stone installation charge, but now we are on our own to find an installer, and so far, no one will do the job for anywhere near the refund amount. If we had it to do over, we would not order from them. Very disappointed! read more
