Cabinets arrived and I installed them. I had questions, they were very responsive and helpful. Best part a human answers the phone and helps you. One cabinet was damaged in shipping they asked for pictures then immediately sent another out, wonderful customer service! These cabinets are very well built and exactly as they are described. They make the garage look very sharp and they are great at getting things organized. Fit and finish is very good and they installed without problems. I love the slides and self closing doors. I declined and requested a new door. They never got back to me. The third time I called, Anuradha Sharma, the representative, was most helpful. The order I made was efficiently carried out to my satisfaction to the point of delivery. As I took delivery I realized a mistake had been made by whoever assembled the order. I notified New Age and explained how the error occurred. It was the wrong countertop. New Age agreed and said they would pick up and send me the correct countertop which they did. The packing of the components I ordered was top notch. I was really impressed. The quality of the components I ordered is also top notch. I wish I can give 0 stars. We ordered an outside bbq station and paid for assemblyman. Well they never came to assemble. I called everyday for a week straight but all I got was the run around. The operator telling me assembly department was busy and they would call back. They never called back. Finally yesterday I got very upset and asked to speak to supervisor. I was just put on hold for half an hour to an hour and then being told supervisors were all busy. Then the person I was talking to said only assembly for grill was included and not the cabinets because they don't do cabinets but only grill. He had no idea what he was saying. First he told me if total assembly was purchased we would have paid like $3000 but then he tells me they only assemble grills. I told him to give me refund on what we paid! After receiving 5 cabinets for my garage, one of the cabinets was damaged with scratches on both doors and a bent frame. I worked with the NewAge support team who made several offers to try and fix/correct the damage, but I asked for a replacement cabinet. Rahul Swamy, a Customer Service Specialist was able to get it approved, and a new cabinet is currently being shipped. I will be ordering additional cabinets from NewAge, along with slat wall, so it is very important to me that they stand behind their products. Replacing the damaged cabinet was the right thing to do, so I will recommend NewAge to family and friends going forward. read more

Excellent Product and excellent customer service from Newage. Presales support from Muddassir who helped me pick the right components for my outdoor kitchen. He was very knowledgeable about the products, and also pointed me towards a lower cost version that was on sale, but had additional features that I hadn't considered but was very happy to have. Baishali in Customer Service was also very helpful. One week before the expected delivery I was asked to do business trips for two weeks, and thus unable to be home to accept the scheduled delivery. Baishali was able to push out the delivery date at the last minute, and the delivery went well. Baishali also resolved a minor quality issue with some bent internal cross braces. I emailed photos of the two bent cross braces, and she offered a credit for that unit, and I was able to straighten the cross braces using a vise and a large adjustable wrench. The braces are not visible, and don't negatively affect the frame, and I appreciated that Newage offered a credit for my agreement to handle the repairs myself. If the damage was externally visible or affected performance, they would have replaced that unit, but I preferred the quick fix and the credit. The outdoor kitchen product is great. The assembly is easy and the build instructions are easy to follow, and TechSupport quickly answered the one question that I had. The BBQ Grill is very high quality and well built, in fact a friend who is a restaurant chef said that the grill is ".. a professional commercial grill, not the typical backyard BBQ..". Drawers and doors are sturdy with high quality hardware and slides, and the cabinets are very robust. Pricing was excellent. I looked at finished outdoor kitchens at local stores and online, and also looked at other manufacturers who shipped "ready to assemble" outdoor kitchens. The stainless steel construction from Newage, and their selection of exterior finishes are a much better value than I could find from other suppliers. Comparably sized outdoor kitchens from other suppliers were significantly more expensive, and most competitors did not include drawers, pull-out trash & recycling containers, shelves, etc. Most other suppliers just stuck a BBQ grill on top of a big box with a single door for a gas cannister, and a tile top on the box. I'm very happy with the price, value, product, and support from Newage. If I ever move from this house, then I'll probably be building another Newage kitchen in the backyard of the new house! read more

The laundry cabinets look great however the corner cabinet is oddly built. they dont show a picture of how the doors open on the website but there are 2 doors which open in the center and its impossible to open both of them when the other is closed. keep that in mind. this design is mind boggling and really bothersome. Also the delivery folks are not very chordial. they try to rush leaving and say they are not responsible for anything. The other cabinets look great. read more

I'm in supply chain and have never experienced anything as horrible as this. tracking is all wrong, orders are lost and until i called the actual distributor myself, they didn't even know to dispatch my order. I had to force them to put it on a trucks. Then the gave me a delivery window and didn't even show up. NewAge Products Customer Services provided in our case by Prateep Banerjee was first class. Our garage cabinet system is Bold Series, that are very high quality, and good value. Our system had a damaged slide rail in a drawer bank (one of two we have) so we could not get the drawer into the rails, and of course it would not work as designed. To resolve the matter I completed an online replacement request, and also left a voice message for the NewAge Experience Team. Both methods resulted in prompt communication by NewAge, and the opening of a "ticket" to work on resolution. I corrected the duplication and proceeded with the ticket managed by Prateep. His communication, respectfulness and knowledge of product and process was 5 star. A replacement rail with "easy" installation instructions are enroute to me. NewAge products and customer services are terrific. Buy with confidence. read more

Extremely misleading. We made an order at the end of October with the website telling us early to mid November it would be delivered. Once I sent payment I get an email saying it would be delayed to the end of November time frame. Well now it is December 4th and I got an email stating they're expecting the cabinets in their warehouse just before Christmas let alone the 5 business day delivery time frame on top of Christmas holidays. So I won't see anything until the first or second week of January now and I expect more delays. My shop and my business is in disarray as I was expecting my products months ago. I do not recommend NewAge unless you have time to spare. UPDATE: The latest I am getting is the product could be shipping as last as the 8th - 12th of January. Which means 5 - 7 business days after that. I've never felt so mislead by a company. read more

I purchased their Pro series garage cabinets and am very impressed with the quality and workmanship of the product itself....but that is where it ends. I would rate 5-stars (the cabinets are really very nice quality), but their parts/inventory control and customer service are severely lacking.. It has been challenging to get them to send me missing parts that were not sent with the cabinets. You would think they would be on top of this, but I found myself opening parts packages only to find they didn't match the instructions. Also, inventory control is a concern. Half my cabinets shipped right away and the other half shipped 2 months later. It's almost like they don't keep an inventory for their less popular colors and make them only after ordered. So you can imagine the frustration of finding that I was missing parts after waiting 2 months for shipment. To make matters more challenging, they are proposing to send me BLACK KITCHEN parts to mount my WHITE GARAGE cabinet. Get it together NewAge. EDIT TO ORIGINAL POST AFTER RECEIVING CALL FROM NEWAGE REP I've never had this happen before, but today I received a call from a NewAge products rep to follow-up on my Yelp review (above). I was suprised and have never had this happen before...The call is very much appreciated. Apparently after seeing my Yelp post, they thoroughly reviewed my case and customer service contact history...then called me to apologize for the inconvenience and acknowledge the mix-up with parts. They also wanted to make things right, and in my opinion, they are more than making up the past issues. Not only are they expediting the shipment of the correct parts, but they are also sending a complimentary wall shelf to make up for the issues I'll give them credit, and really appreciate their follow-up to make things right. I would have to say one of the worst if not the worse customer service company I have ever dealt with. Spent $2000 on a large cabinet system and received defective shelves for 3 of the large 48 in RTA cabinets. All 9 shelves were defective, 3 shelves per cabinet. Reported the issue immediately and was asked the same questions multiple times, sending pictures multiple times, explaining the defect multiple times. All I got back from customer service was will contact you when replacements are available. Asked for an estimate multiple times, are we talking days, weeks, months, response was we will contact you, basically "go away". Escalated multiple times looking for an estimate on time, i wanted to make sure i was able to dispute if the shelves never arrived, received same response, we will contact you. Finally received the correct shelves after 2 months. read more

I have bought NewAge garage cabinets in the past. Good products, well built and wrapped great for shipment. Ordered a second set for a second home and the wait time was very long, and shipment never arrived as stated. Shipping absolutely sucks, as does the call center reps where many struggle with clear English. I cancelled my order through email, yet had to call and speak to a rep to confirm my cancellation. Who then proceeded to tell me that the cabinets were delivered based on the third party shipper website. When I asked him who signed for them I was put on hold. He failed to contact the shipper and mentioned something about a cancellation fee in broken English. Again, products are good. Logistics and a dozen phone calls on delivery status is not. read more

I just completed a design session with NewAge Products Designer Samantha Tellis. My son and I had thought out what we wanted and sent it in beforehand to Samantha. She was well prepared and had a 3D CAD model of our empty garage ready to go. She quickly and patiently built out the design in real time and was so pleasant to work with during the process! We were able to address several questions I had and adapted the design with several iterations. She knew the product line well - from the cabinets all the way to the small accessories that hang on the slat wall. In 45 minutes, we completed the design, built the quote, checked on the delivery timing (spoiler alert - delivery lead-times are way too long but welcome to COVID days...) and completed the transaction. I have ordered the Pro workbench and cabinet system. These items were shipped and received in great condition several weeks later. It all looks fantastic and extremely functional. I later order a matching utility cart which arrived differently. Not as well packaged and missing parts. I contacted the customer support specialist Ruhi who understood the problem and a replacement was sent. Ruhi and Karan were both great at getting this taken care of. I wish I were writing to alert consumers to the value of New Age stainless steel outdoor products or consumer responsiveness. I have experience with both. Time will tell how the stainless steel holds up in southwest Florida and customer service has been responsive in addressing missing parts from my order. That said, please know in advance that New Age's White Glove service is absolutely not worth the money (unless, MAYBE, you are putting an outdoor kitchen on your roof deck in Baltimore four floors up, and even then...). New Age says the delivery team will provide "careful unpacking of all items". In my case, two guys show up and we cannot communicate in English. Items are unboxed and cardboard and pallets are removed (potentially with some knobs and burners that are later determined to be missing). This takes 20 minutes for about 10 items for my outdoor kitchen project. What the white glove delivery crew does not do is remove all of the adhesive backed protective film that covers virtually every stainless steel surface (including parts like small drawer separators and even the bottom inside base of cabinets ... under the drawer). I call this out to New Age and they say this is normal. This leaves me wondering what "carefully unpack" means and has me looking for the asterisk or footnote in New Age's literature on White Glove service that says I will spend close to 2 hours removing adhesive film (not an easy task and not an exaggeration) so that I can actually install and use my products (the grill and dual side-burner units are absolutely unusable with this film in place. In my case, I feel "taken" by the purchase of the White Glove delivery option and deeply regret selecting it. Be forewarned. read more

They have the worst customer service. I got white glove delivery scheduled for my bar cabinets. They committed to deliver product in the room of choice, unbox and clear boxes. The guy who came in for delivery just dumped the items in the room and left. I have been following up with the company for refund but everytime they say someone will call within 24-48hrs and noone calls. Terrible experience. Very disappointed. I purchased outdoor cabinets through Costco expecting a quality product. The cabinets arrived in only 5 days after ordering. No damage through the shipping company. When unpacked, a drawer was damaged. I contacted NewAge directly for help. After a number of emails back and forth, they told me they would ship a replacement door. 2 weeks later, no drawer. Their customer service is TERRIBLE! Highly advise against buying their products as getting help is almost impossible. Calling Costco next to have them come pickup the junk as I don't believe I will ever see a replacement drawer. read more

I wish I didnt have to write this but let me tell you, the quality is awful! I have been fighting with them for 2 weeks now and asking them to come get the cabinets. The cabinet walls are bowed, doors don't shut even, the doors are warped etc. These are as cheap of a cabinet as you will find. I guess I now know why the other companies are so much more expensive. Your better off with plastic or Home Depot products. They were going to try to fix it, send replacements but that takes weeks for a response so now I am calling my cc company if they dont come get them! The cabinets are just flimsy and poor made! Visited the showroom in Vaughan Ontario, checked out the display and decided to order the 40inch platinum grill with cart, was given a delivery date of July 31-august 6th, but received a delivery confirmation on Monday July 22nd and product arrived on Thursday July 25th BTW 11-12pm, had the cart installed by a individual who carefully put the unit together after about 2.5 hours we opened the nexT box with the grill, what a disappointment, it was a used unit carefully wrapped and boxed, called to discuss the concerns but the location was not picking up, so sent a message and received a call on Friday afternoon, it's like talking to a team who reads off script or AI, very disappointed and now they hold my money till they decide to come get this should be garbage unit off my property before providing me a refund...will never visit or ever recommend the service or product from NewAge ever again please see photos and make your own decision...stay as far as you can from the product and services will never recommend to my worst enemy read more
