When they arrived, I tried them on and was so disappointed they were too tight. A friend recommended this place to stretch the shoes so I brought my shoes here about 5 days ago. The man in the store told me it would be ready by Friday but I didn't get around to picking them up until today. I tried them on and they fit perfect!!! So a lightbulb went off in my head. He started to ask me what languages I speak and came around from the register (old short man identified himself as brazilian) pinched my cheek told me I'm his friend n maybe he'll give me the lower price n squeezed n hugged me at first I thought he was trying to be a sweet old man but then he continued to attempt to repeat this act and I tried to release myself with a joke saying "listen if u hug me this hem is free" joking is my defense mechanism. He continued and I had to say No and stop for real stop. I was supposed to pick up the dress Friday and then remembered I couldn't pick it up Friday so we agreed on Saturday or Monday. And as I walked away I got more angry realizing what happened and I went back in to take my dress back and pretended to get a call from a friend who said they would fix my dress for me.
