Best place for haircut in high desert. Everytime I go somewhere else I come back here to get fixed

Took my 3 year old son to get a haircut here. I warned the older White lady barber that he cries and if she could handle it. She said "Sure." Well the haircut came out not as expected. I asked her if she could fade the back of his head because it look like he had a mullet. She stated she was afraid she would mess it up because he was crying too much. I left that barbershop disappointed. I'm sure she could have had another barber fix his hair so I would be satisfied. Anyways I gave the 3 stars and $6 tip because I knew she did the best she could. Never coming here again. First off I went with a lady by the name of Anna, and I asked for a 0 faded up to a 1(medium fade). Then, she did a 0 all the way up. Then I asked for nothing off of the top and she completely ruined the top of my hair. It is also sad that I've gotten a better hair cut from GREAT CLIPS. read more

PARENTS BEWARE!! Not a place for young children. Took my 20 month old in for a haircut and we were treated horribly. People were taken before us and as barbers became available they coincidently had to go on their lunch break. One even sat on his chair and played with his phone. I suppose one lady did finally get stuck with us. I asked her if my son could sit on my lap that he would do better and she insisted he sit on the seat by himself stating that he was a big boy and it was me who needed to feel better. After he started screaming I insisted that he sit on my lap and she ignored me and continued to wrestle with him. I finally picked him up as sat him on my lap. She then said fine your gonna get full of hair. I did ask her for a robe earlier but was ignored. Then she told my son that he had me all trained. I will never come back here again. I suggest paying the extra money for a kids salon with more patience. I came here for a haircut not to me mocked on my parenting. Shame on you newbys! read more

Went to this place to get a haircut, and I must say bad choice on my part. Anne was the one who cut my hair. From the moment I walked in and sat down in her chair she reeked of alcohol. As we began to talk I told her exactly what I wanted. She cut way to much, she looked a little buzzed, and at times she'd be speaking a bunch of gibberish is what sounded like. I don't know...poor management too. Hell, if I'd knew what I was getting into I'd let my ten year old son cut my hair instead. Overall, would NOT recommend this place especially with Anne or Annie - whatever her name is. read more

Took my husband and son for haircuts and after walking into the barber shop with NO acknowledgement I should have known something was wrong. After about 20 min of watching the barbers I knew which one I wanted to cut my husbands hair (Arrora) but had no choice for my son to get his done by a Hispanic man (didn't catch his name) my sons haircut was done in about 7 minutes and lines were all over the place even Arrora tried to fix them but it was beyond fixable. My husbands haircut was great but hard part was but what he was looking for. Still looking for "the one" who can give a good haircut! The great thing was I didn't feel upset for paying $19 for both haircuts! Great prices!! read more

I won't go here again unless I have to. I have a beard and they mindlessly just cut off my side burns, don't even think that they should ask you how you want your own hair cut, leave long strands of hair all over your head. They should be charging 6-7 dollars for this type of hair cut with no tip. I have to go home and fix what they left undone. I have had my hair cut by 5 different barbers here and of the 5, 4 have left my hair cut sloppy when I walk out. read more

Awful! Employees are very rude and owner doesn't care! Took my 12 year old son. The lady asked "would you like spikes?" My husband and son both said "no just clean up around the edges and make the sides a little bit shorter". She was apparently too busy talking to another customer to listen. I look over and she is shaving my son's head! When I said what are you doing? He didn't want his head shaved, she said "oops" and continued shaving his head. She then proceeded to yell at me that we asked for spikes and if that's not we wanted then we should've come over and told her. After telling her we did. She continued to argue with me. She then told me to take my son somewhere else, ripped the cover off my son and pushed him out of the chair. My son had a half shaved head at this point. The owner of this shop stood there and did nothing while the other barbers told me I wad bothering there other customers! read more

if i could give a no star review i would this was my first time here some white lady didnt even cut my sons hair because he was latin she made up the excuse he looked like he jad a loe in his hair immediatley i said ut was ok got him off the chair she started disenfecting everything from her chair made my son feel awful never coming here again read more
