On this particular day, this location was the closest, so I decided to pay them a visit with a return of an unused 5 gallon stocked Swiss Coffee bucket. One of the first off putting experiences is I walked in and asked for assistance with the heavy 5 gallon bucket and they said they could do that. I asked for a dolly and she said they couldn't offer me one. She then asked me to drive to the side of the building and walk the bucket inside my self as that would make it easy for them. Not one employee helped me. At this point I was ready to lose it but kept my composure in order to facilitate the return. During the return, this process was a nightmare on its own. After all that, they didn't want to do the return on a stocked unused paint. Needless to say, they finally agreed but notated my account. Do yourself a favor and shop someplace else. This location doesn't reserve anyone's business. I hope they close and every single one of these people gets fired.

It was so bad on the hospitol floorbeing moved to the ICU almost seemed like a good thing.. More than anything else is the Dr was more comfortable lying to family members than explaining what he's doing and why. Its the doctors responsibility to have a patient transfered when he has exhausted everything in his arsonal and a patient would benefit from more knowledge but the Dr refused to do so even after telling us he found a blood clot in the patients lungs but followed that up saying he still does not know what is wrong. DONT GO TO THIS HOSPITOL! 1 Star because it will not post with no stars however I would not give this place 1 Star!
