I feel like they expect you to forget about it and hang up. Within the time I was on hold I was able to just drive up see the same person who put me on hold (Genesi) just hang out at the front door. I asked for a manager to help me out and (Able) the manager was able to find it within 5 minutes. I told him the issue and he did not seem to care just left the dolly with my item on it at the front door for me to load up on my own. They need to know how to value their customers by at the very least help me load the item or simply offer a compensation. The fact that I was able to do all this on my own, be in and out and still be on hold makes me question the management team or people who train these associates. I would now truly just spend more at a competitors store to save my time than to be sitting around and forgotten about.

Then I had to return some lights I had purchased earlier because we did not need them. They make it so easy when you use their credit card. You don't need a receipt because it shows your purchase. Cameron had a smile on his face and said "hello how can I help you? " He had a gentle demeanor yet he could take care of himself. He was nice to everyone. He would make a great manager. He has much patience. Did you know if you or your spouse were ever or are currently in the military that you get a 10% discount? I like a company that pays homage to our servicemen and women. The store is always clean; they also have people with knowledge that can tell you what you need. Also did you know they give all kinds of classes there to learn how to do something? I took a class there once. This store is usually well stocked and at night the parking lot is well lit up.
