Talked with Brian, set up an appointment for him to stop by the house. When he showed up we talked about what I wanted, showed him pics of gates I liked. He measured where the gates were. Talked about gate style & colors & came up with a final design. Put a deposit down in May & waited from that point on. The process of fabricating the gates takes awhile (months) besides their business having other clients to take care of. I understood this & was good with the wait. It all worked out, in the meantime I had refinanced my house & had the funds to cover the cost instead of using a credit card. These gates cost a bit more but these will last a lifetime! Dan Kinslow and team did a great job with some home improvements in our Lake Arrowhead house. They…read morejacked up and stabilized our decks, which were slanting due erosion at the footings. They also opened up two doorways between our living room and dining room which gave a much more open floorplan vibe to the house, and allowed us to take better advantage of our great views. They updated a window in our primary bedroom and put a half lite door in a guest bedroom -- both of which let in much more light and access to the views. Dan is savvy about building and trustworthy. Junior and Tony do solid work, they're personable and respectful. Overall we're very pleased with the results and the cost was reasonable.
