Originally came here through a Groupon deal about 8 months ago that included a chiropractic consultation, massage, and x-ray. Both the Doctor and Susan in the front were very nice, keeping me informed throughout the process. The Doctor walked me through everything, and began a few small adjustments on the day of the consultation. The massage was terrible, though. It was performed by a seemingly new member of the staff, and felt more like she was running her hands over me rather than actually massaging anything. I felt literally no difference throughout or after the massage. He is big on marketing himself, as is any doctor, but he particularly favors Yelp. I passed by a sign that stated if you review him favorably, you'll be entitled to a free massage. I have no idea if the people below me gave him 5 stars because they genuinely thought his services merited 5 stars or they were getting something out of it, but I always find it suspicious when an establishment has a solid 5 star review, particularly when there are multiple reviews. Also, the biggest thing that irked me was his chiropractic schedule. At the end of the session he gave me the opportunity to buy a package- standard practice for all chiropractors (you'll need x amount of visits to fix this). After finding out I was a student, he offered his special student rate, which is fine and dandy, but has a predetermined number of sessions. What I don't understand is how every single person will be "fixed" in that specific number- if you happen to be relieved of all your pain in less than 12, then what? Your money definitely won't be refunded. Most chiropractors I've seen tailor the amount of sessions you'll need depending on your ailment. It's usually like "come in two days a week and we'll go from there". I understand a package deal is more affordable, but it also raises the question of whether or not that's necessary- you might just be spending more than you need. I don't really appreciate being given a standard, routine "package" when his consultation stresses how each person is different and his practice is not "cookie cutter" like the rest. Overall, he's a nice guy and the practice itself is well-maintained, but I'm not too keen on a doc that oversells himself. read more

I'd suffered chronic back pain, hip pain and headaches for 13+ years folllowing 2 back surgeries the latter being a fusion of L4 & L5 (lower spine). I raised three small children in chronic pain, going from one medical specialist to another, one drug to another, injections, physical therapy, you name it, I tried it. Years and years of this. By the grace of God I raised three amazing children and started my own business, despite the pain since I can't handle the pain killers. I met Dr. Tabrizi in the Fall of 2010. I was impressed by his knowledge and his demeanor. However, I was not about to let ANYONE touch my back! I had HAD IT! I was just ready to live my life in pain. After talking to him, I decided to "humor" him and go ahead and let him take an Xray of my back and see if there was anything he could do for me. I forgot to merntion, I had been suffering from horrendous daily headaches for about two months as well before I met him. I went to his offfice and he took the Xrays and he adjusted me for the first time. You may not believe this, but the headaches I had been suffering from went away after the first adjustment! I could not believe it! Dr. Tabrizi put me on a schedule of 3 adjustments per week for the first month of treatments for my condition, then 2 adjustments per week for the second month, then 1 adjustment per week. I have to say I have more energy, the pain in virtually non existent after over 13years, I have not taken muscle relaxers nor pain pills - even though I only took pain pills in extreme conditions. Dr, Tabrizi has helped me to learn to truly listen to my body and recognize when it's telling me I need my traction, when I need an extra adjustment, etc. In addition, I've learned nutritional ways to help with anti-inflammitory pain. I now make sure I consume 1 handful of almonds or walnuts per day and take fish oil to help with any joint pain. If you can't already see, I have to say Dr. Tabrizi has changed this 52 year old lady's life. I feel so much younger and I owe so much to this promising doctor. Dear Back Pain Sufferers; Choosing a chiropractor is much like finding an attorney, general M.D. or mechanic that you can trust. You feel ever so lucky if you find one that you eventually ascertain to be honest and competent. Little do you expect to develp a confidence and actual appreciation for their services. However, the world always has some unusual exceptions to offer and after having been treated by several chiropractors over the years, frankly I would not have thought to visit one again when my lower back became tight enough to distract nearly every waking thought for days on end. The news of Dr. Tabrizi came to me in an offer sent by email from a friend. It was such a good offer that it occurred to me that only a Chiropractor knowing how to attract permanent clients, would dare to make it. The first couple of treatments removed the pain in bending that I was experiencing. The most recent adjustment (number 5 or 6) produced some spinal movement that truly delighted the doctor and sure enough just two days after that treatment, my lower back finally loosened that constantly annoying tightness. Finding any professional with true concern over one's ailments in life is worth announcing to others. With lower back pain issues being such a mystery to its sufferers, we must surely weary most listeners with our complaints. Whether the cause was my bed, my hours at the computer or my posture, I was previously alone in my challenge to ease these wickedly tight muscles with yoga, massages, stretching, and all else that occurs to a person unwilling to seek the normally useless medical practices. I'm a college professor so I spend too much time sitting at my desk. I've had lower back pain for nearly 3 years now, at least I did until I met Dr. Tabrizi. I've done pain killers, muscle relaxers, and physical therapy, but they were all just temporary solutions and the pain eventually came back. So you can imagine that I was suspicious of chiropractic care from the start. Dr. Tabrizi took the time to explain the process, the medical rationale, and the physiology behind Chiropractic care which I really appreciated. Best of all I have had really great increases in range of motion, and complete elimination of pain in just a short time. I can play basketball and football with my kids now and don't get the 4 day long stiff back afterwards. I have got on going back problems for few years. I decide to try chiropractic treatment as my doctor recommended. In beginning i was skeptical to go . I thought it will be lil scary to feel my bone cracking. Fortunately it wasnt scary as thought. Dr Tabrizi and Motley are great chiropractors . As a PhD student I was suffering from stiff neck and back pain for a while. I kept ignoring it for a while. I got my wake up call (indeed it was a "wake up" call) when one fine morning I woke up unable to move/ feel anything on my little & ring finger. It was because of ulnar nerve irritation which happens due to some issues in the neck. I started going to Tabrizi sometime from Fall 2013 and many of the problems that I have dissipated considerably. I never realized from where and why I get this frequent headaches...but now they are gone. I can go hiking again without my back killing me. My overall sense of well-being has improved as well. I am getting enough sleep, deeper sleep and my dreams are quite rich and vivid. Service here is really good. I walked into the office on a hot July morning. I was in excruciating pain from a car accident a month previous. Dr. Tab understood exactly what type of pain I was experiencing and that in itself was relieving. I've given birth to three children but getting rear-ended is an unrewarding type of pain that I'd be happy living my life without ever experiencing again. It was inexplicable but he got it! Dr. Tabrizi immediately had me get an MRI so he could be more informed on how to treat me. He even referred me to an attorney and a neurologist! I felt completely taken care of! I went there first because I purchased the Groupon, but I am now their customer for at least one of the services. I was amazed by the skill of their massage therapist Ashley and will keep going to her as long as I can. She really helped me with my muscle tightness and pain. I have had a lot of massages and she is the best one I have seen the last 10 years. I'll eventually go to see the chiropractor too, just wanted to do everything in the right order and address muscle tightness first. Chiropractor Joanna is very helpful as well, very knowledgeable and really tries not just adjust you but to address the issue holistically and teach the patients and help them improve their lifestyle. All staff is very friendly, always smiling. And I think the receptionist remembers all clients (what? how?). Such a great place. Dr. Tabrizi has helped me get the curve back in my cervical spine, which none of the doctors at kaiser were belt o help me with. All they did was give me pills! Dr. Tabrizi explained things to me, took X-rays and while it has been a number of treatments, I understand it has taken me years to get my body to this point audits not going to fix over night. With just the last 4 months of treatment I have regained mobility and can actually go back to work and look down for hours now, which I couldn't do for mor ethan 15 mins 5 months ago! I started getting adjusted by Dr. Tabrizi 6 months ago now and I have had AMAZING results! I originally went in for my headaches that bothered me 4 to 5 days out of the week and I was getting tired of taking the advil.
