I went here for 1-year, I paid $85 per visit. Within 6 months she was directly billing my insurance $450 per visit. I learned that she likes to create bill insurance for services that were not delivered. She got thousands from my insurance she wiped out the whole settlement. She's being investigated for fraud. She also uses unlicensed massage therapist that are not anywhere near as good as the ONE that is licensed. Keep looking for an honest chiropractor... it's not her. read more

I booked an appointment and was so glad I did. I have been her patient since then. The methods she uses releases my pain almost immediately and the leg and knee pain I had is almost non existent. My call lasted less than one minute and the receptionist cut me off by saying "we're too busy for this" and hung up. I never actually got services from here and I'm sure they are good, but the person in charge of making the appointment was pretty rude. Basically I asked for a massage and if I get a discount through my insurance, which was confirmed as yes. Then I asked about getting an appointment on a Saturday for a massage, and basically I get a text saying "no Saturday massages". On the website it specifically says that Saturdays are for massages only. Anyway, I ask her about it on text, and I just get a one word answer saying "incorrect". There was no options given for alternative times I could get a massage. Basically I got the message that I was not wanted as a customer. I love this doctor. I have had a couple of very bad sports injuries that occurred from overtraining. I have gone to a few different doctors and chiropractors, countless Thai massages, and the relief has been minimal and slightly incremental. In just one session with Dr I my hip pain and neck pain is completely cured!!! I want to shout from the mountain tops and sing this doctors praises. I feel like a miracle has occurred. Very knowledgeable, Very helpful. I hurt myself at work, and was directed to Dr.I. The atmosphere when I walked in was very caring and helpful. (I couldn't even sit down) I was taken back immediately and the Dr. was very helpful answering my questions and Giving directions that were the opposite of what people were telling me to do. I went everyday that week. The doctor worked with my employer which was a load off my mind. After about day 3 of following her directions, coupled with chiropractic care. Dr. I is the best and most honest Chiropractor in Southern CA, well actually she's the best one I've ever gone to anywhere I've lived! She fixes your problems unlike others I've been to in the past who just want you to continue coming in for numerous sessions so they make tons of money. I just found Dr I and I am very happy that I did. My son needs to go 2-3 times a week for physical therapy. I did a lot of research to find the right Dr for him. He's 14, and obviously doesn't want to spend his time at the Drs office. But Dr I makes it's very easy for him. He will be spending a lot of time with her, so I'm really happy he likes her.
