This office is amazing! I had severe pain in my lower back and could hardly walk. After spending hours at the ER I left and tried calling this office since my coworker goes here. They were able to fit me in same day and WOW am I grateful. The minute I stepped in, I was greeted by the extremely kind Letty at the front desk and was treated like an actual person. It was a very stark difference compared to the ER waiting room. The documents were painless and there were relaxing healing sounds playing in lobby. I was also given a consultation and scans and was once again listened to and treated with complete kindness. Dr. Olivieri was extremely helpful and treated me with respect, listened to my concerns, and continually checked in to make sure everything was feeling correct while i was on the table. After the adjustment, I was assisted onto a table to use the EMS machine with the heating pad. Once again, the relaxing music was playing and this just felt like an extremely safe space. The next day I woke up and was able to walk, had way better range of motion and felt so much better. I am definitely going to continue to go back and already have a few times. I am so grateful for how I was treated here. When you are in pain it can get very disheartening how healthcare providers respond to your agony, but here I was treated with respect and I really appreciate it. Amazing practice!! Dr. Olivieri is incredibly nice and definitely knows how to help reduce sciatic nerve pain. My sciatic nerve was causing my entire leg to be numb - and that numbness completely went away after just one session! The E-Stem therapy after sessions is also incredible!!! I basically was playing phone tag for a few days with them trying to get insurance verification before making an appointment and they were so great about following up to my questions and phone calls when we missed each other. It's a small office but very well run and easy to find as well in my opinion with lots of parking . Dr. Olivieri was a great help and explained all the process well and it made me feel at ease since this was my first experience using a chiropractor. 4 stars are for the dr. She doesn't give you the feeling of rushing out the door to see the next patient. She used couple techniques to help me relax the muscles and adjustment. The place also used some equipment to access the body inflammation. The odd thing to me was they checked your temperature not before you walk in but after they took you into the room. One star taken out is Covid precaution. The front desk DOES NOT wear a mask. A few patients came out without the masks. I asked the front desk about their mask policy. The dr did not require everyone to wear masks. The dr self did wear the mask. I like her but I don't think I will go back until the pandemic is over. I am not feeling comfortable being surrounded by ppl without masks in the closing area. read more

I never have to wait long for treatment. They also have electrical muscle stimulation (feels like a back massage) before or after treatment. I cannot recommend this practice enough. I never leave reviews but felt the need to let the world know how amazing Dr. Olivieri is! She is so good at what she does, she has a full office of amazing people (Letty you're the absolute best!) that are so helpful and friendly and genuinely just want to see you get better. Little background, I was in a bad car accident a few months ago where I was rear ended by a drunk driver at a dead stop. I suffered severe whiplash to the point I couldn't sit, stand, or walk for even short periods of time (even lying down was painful). I started seeing Dr. Olivieri right after the accident and worked with her closely these past few months and it's honestly incredible being able to see the progress and how far I've come since the accident. She's made sure my recovery plan is where it needs to be and will make sure you're getting the care you need in her office as well as outside of it. She so caring, nice, and definitely knows what she's doing! I also want to mention JEFF! He's the in-house therapeutic massage therapist. I recently started seeing him this past month. Dr. Olivieri recommended adding these therapeutic massages into my recovery program to continue to work on the stiffness/tightness in my back. Jeff is very knowledgeable and truly wants to heal people in pain. I've noticed a huge difference with the addition of this treatment and am so thankful! My mobility and range of motion has improved immensely seeing both Dr. Olivieri and Jeff. I finally trust my body again and can move without fear of being in excruciating pain.
