Then he stopped wearing them, which he then missed place one of the hearing aids. We called to came into the office to purchased a 2ND pair for $500. This second pair broke in a month and registered under someone else name. He then found his first pair that he misplace. We called to come in with TWO BROKEN PAIRS. Alex, the audiologist said to our surprise that "you will only get one pair back." I said we paid for them, the 2ND pair for $500. He said the insurance paid for it. You only get one pair back! Now they have our TWO PAIRS hearing aids and $500 for more than 5 WEEKS and still no show. We called they didn't pick up the phone. They said they called us at my number, but never did. We drove to the office waiting for them outside and we met another customer, his dad has a similar problem. They didn't let us in the office yesterday. I called today and Sandra picked up the phone, screaming in the phone. Go to Costco to save your headache.

The office is clean and bright with lots if off street parking. Both are extremely profesional and friendly. From the minute you sit down in the waiting area you can tell that they value you as a patient. My husband needed hearing aids and we were referred to this office after a disastrous visit with another local audiologist in Bethlehem. Sandra made sure we had an appointment convenient to us, called to confirm and gave us detailed directions. Our first impression of Dr. Fontes was "what a great guy". He listened to my husband, understood what his concerns were (hearing loss and tinnitus), had state of the art equipment and recommended hearing aids that would help my husband with his tinnitus. He spent almost 2 hours with us. We came in with some information but Dr. Fontes explained the difference in the brands of hearing aids, what would work best for my husband's lifestyle and the cost difference. We are on Medicare and this is an out of pocket expense for us. He was very through. We never felt pressured to buy a certain manufacturer. We received our hearing aids promptly and have been back twice for adjustments. They are working out great. Dr. Fontes also told us that if we couldn't make it to the office he would come to the house. Yes he makes house calls. I wish my regular doctor was this accommodating. All I can say is if you need hearing aids and want someone you trust, this is the place. He is terrific. You won't be disappointed.

I am sure the doctor is unaware of this behavior but they have done this in the past. The fact that they would obstruct the doctor from seeing a sick patient for a $7 balance is disgusting. The layout of the office is very clean with a modern touch. Just remember that the office is street level so parking street side would be better off if you were like me with excruciating pain. If you park in the assigned parking lot you will have to climb the stairs and go to the right. I had excruciating pain going down my right leg so, I admitted myself into Lehigh Valley emergency room. They ran blood tests, urinalysis and CAT scan and found nothing. Nor could they infer anything (young doctor I suppose). The next day I went to go see Dr. Paul and he was extremely thorough with what the root cause was but you have to tell him everything so that he can deduce the proper procedure to recovery. I had a strained muscle in my lumbar about three weeks before and did not think that was the root problem since it only took me a day to recover. But, it turned out it was! I can't recommend enough to try to persuade anyone that this is one of the best doctors out there. I know they are hard to find so, I am definitely sticking with Dr. Paul. Give him a try even if you have a current primary care physician. I guarantee you you will not be disappointed.
