My 77 years old father purchased a pair of hearing aids from Hear Clear Hearing Center and it broken leSS than THREE MONTH. Then he stopped wearing them, which he then missed place one of the hearing aids. We called to came into the office to purchased a 2ND pair for $500. This second pair broke in a month and registered under someone else name. He then found his first pair that he misplace. We called to come in with TWO BROKEN PAIRS. Alex, the audiologist said to our surprise that "you will only get one pair back." I said we paid for them, the 2ND pair for $500. He said the insurance paid for it. You only get one pair back! Now they have our TWO PAIRS hearing aids and $500 for more than 5 WEEKS and still no show. We called they didn't pick up the phone. They said they called us at my number, but never did. We drove to the office waiting for them outside and we met another customer, his dad has a similar problem. They didn't let us in the office yesterday. I called today and Sandra picked up the phone, screaming in the phone. Go to Costco to save your headache.

The office is clean and bright with lots if off street parking. Both are extremely profesional and friendly. From the minute you sit down in the waiting area you can tell that they value you as a patient. My husband needed hearing aids and we were referred to this office after a disastrous visit with another local audiologist in Bethlehem. Sandra made sure we had an appointment convenient to us, called to confirm and gave us detailed directions. Our first impression of Dr. Fontes was "what a great guy". He listened to my husband, understood what his concerns were (hearing loss and tinnitus), had state of the art equipment and recommended hearing aids that would help my husband with his tinnitus. He spent almost 2 hours with us. We came in with some information but Dr. Fontes explained the difference in the brands of hearing aids, what would work best for my husband's lifestyle and the cost difference. We are on Medicare and this is an out of pocket expense for us. He was very through. We never felt pressured to buy a certain manufacturer. We received our hearing aids promptly and have been back twice for adjustments. They are working out great. Dr. Fontes also told us that if we couldn't make it to the office he would come to the house. Yes he makes house calls. I wish my regular doctor was this accommodating. All I can say is if you need hearing aids and want someone you trust, this is the place. He is terrific. You won't be disappointed.

I bought top of the line Oticon hearing aids a number of years ago. I paid $6,000. Should have taken care of them. My hearing aids are out of warranty. I sincerely let my aids lapse. . Now Im experiencing more hearing loss. Marianne Mculogh the owner told me I could send them back to Oticon to refurbish them. She told me it would cost about $90 to send them back. Oticon would Probably have to charge me more to fix them. Cris said I had to layout $495 to send them back. She outright lied to me. Audiology and Hearing aids has good reviews . Maybe now that they are a chain called Living Well ( corporate America destroys people once again. )they start to take advantage of people, especially senior citizens like me. I called Oticon to express my dissatisfaction and the lady at Oticon offered to give me other hearing aid places to go and will file a complaint against Audiology and Haring aids, I spoke to a Monica at Oticon customer service. I also explained my batteries used to go one at a time...I would replace one battery on Saturday, for example and then on Tuesday for example I would haven't replace the other ones . Monica said it's possible that some batteries might be older .It never fails, hearing aid stores try to cheat people and this is one example.

After their showing me the latest technology and how it would improve my hearing, I decided to purchase a new hearing aid, which has, indeed, worked very well. My quarterly visits now are part of my purchase price and include cleaning, maintenance, adjustments if needed, and more batteries if needed. My audiologist, Sue Clampitt, is very personable and knowledgeable. I am so glad I found them and will continue to go there even though it is a 35 minute drive for me.

They reassured me that my surgical ear tubes were working fine, and I left feeling so much better. Again, they are knowledgeable and compassionate. And they understand that ear pain is an emergency!!! What more can anyone expect? Love this group of Doctors. Purchased Oticon's top of the line hearing aides to replace a 6 year old pair that were failing…read more Paid full price ($6,000) as I had no insurance. When initially fitted, they used the results of a 5 month old hearing test. The new ones didn't sound right, so I made a second appointment and insisted on a new hearing test and reprogram, which they did. Still wasn't satisfied since my old set still worked better. Made a 3rd appointment and was told one of the hearing aides was missing data for several frequencies. Even after 3 efforts, I still didn't think they were right. Gave up and paid a different audiologist to perform a hearing test, erase the previous programing completely and reprogram them. It was his opinion that they were programmed by amateurs. Not only did the reprogram result in the new hearing aides working better than the old, I was told one of the domes was the wrong type, and that a separate program could be added to reduce background noise to enhance speech--a major problem for me. This program was added as a 5th program. Main Line only programmed 4 channels, one of which was totally useless. My visits were with 3 separate audiologists, 2 of whom had another person stop in to help. The audiologist I worked with in the past no longer worked there. I was a patient for at least 8 years and purchased my last set from them. Until last year the service was satisfactory. Something clearly changed. It troubles me to have to write such a negative review, but I don't want anyone to go through what I did. Roy T.

I also picked up a $249 annual package deal that included the audiology assessment, ear buds, wax guards and batteries for the year. Having just come from using a pair of MDHearing hearing aids (and buying replacement parts and batteries for nearly three years) I can tell you, $249 all inclusive for a year is a good deal...
