You refused to mail me a copy of my file. You said i had to go to the office and pick it up. When I get there you tell me I am not allowed in the office and TOSS A COPY OF MY MEDICAL FILE OUT THE DOOR ON TO THE SIDEWALK. This isn't even a complete copy of my medical file. Where are the papers I signed that have my name, address, insurance info, etc. You tossed a fraction of my medical file out the door (is that legal?) and it is STILL not what I PAID YOU FOR. I see Dr Pearl, and she is the best! So sweet and knowledgeable! I've been coming here for an interesting TMJ issue over the last few months, and she has been very patient and helpful. When I sought treatment, my jaw was misaligned to the point that it would pop extremely loudly every time I opened my mouth (annoying as hell!). Many chiropractors I'd been to had recommended a mouth guard or told me they could not treat this type of issue, but Dr Pearl approached this issue with a hopeful, innovative approach. Now, just a couple months later i can open my jaw almost completely with not pop and just a small pop when I open my mouth fully. Dr Pearl has been so much more helpful than other chiropractors I have had consultations with about this issue, and she also does her best to make things affordable for me, as I am a cash patient. So I've been going in for massage therapy and let me tell you after years of physical work and a bad accident, my body is always in a lot of pain! Tanya my massage therapist is just amazing! If it wasn't for her I would not be able to sit at a computer and work for more than 10 minutes at a time! Recently (like 2 weeks ago) I went in and got PRP injections (platelet rich plasma) in my right shoulder. I am so amazed that after just one session I am able to do simple tasks like close a sliding glass door, chop veggies, get dressed & sleep through the night without pain!!! I was referred to Mull Chiro / Dr. Newton by my sister-in-law. I was experiencing severe pain in my neck after aggravating it while taking a long trip in the car.
