Dr. Smith is intuitive and wrap ally tailors treatments to each clientele needs (I've recommended several friends who go to Dr Smith regularly, as well. Scott, the acupuncturist is also well practiced and great at addressing several ailments at once for overall well being. After seeing such high rated practice, I checked to see my copay would be for each visit, I was shocked to hear $65 with my good insurance coverage, I pay $20 for PT, then I called couple other practices, one good rated place doesn't take insurance and charge $60 and I can go twice a day. I double checked with impact about my insurance coverage, I was told that this is just before my deductible, after deductible I only pay $35 each time, after confirming that, I went there last Tuesday with all my current X-rays and MRI results, I had an awful dizziness and the worst headache on that Friday, I called this office to see if I can talk to Dr. Ambrose, and I called my own doctor, who prescribed me a emergency MRI. I canceled all upcoming appointments with impact. More shockingly I received an early morning call today (8am on Saturday) from this office saying I still owe them $35 since my insurance won't cover it, I for a second thought they were actually care enough to check on my dizziness. Why did you confirm my copay $65 when I checked in with you twice before my visit? I was very clear on the phone that I needed to know my copay before visiting. I had text message as well. Very inconsiderate and disappointing practice. If I knew $100 is my pay of visit I would definitely choose other places. Definitely not going there again. read more
