Erika is the best massage therapist I've ever seen hands down. I have sciatic back issues, neck injuries from all the years of sports and car accidents. This being my first time it was a great experience the staff was very professionals and they got me in right away. They even took the time to offer me something to drink. I saw the doctor he was very professional and compassionate and patient and kind cuz I had injured my back and neck in an auto accident. He took the time to walk me throw everything he was doing to me explaining everything so I felt comfortable with him. It was a great experience with going to see a doctor cuz it pretty much takes me bleeding or dying to get me into the hospital or going to see a doctor. So over all it was great experience for me. I was looking for a new acupuncture doctor and found Doctor. Soo. I was in so much neck and shoulder and left that office pain free. I came back on Tuesday for their massage special and Leslie was awesome. They have chiropractors, acupuncture and massage therapies. My 3 go to alternative treatment modalities. Got a massage. It was okay. Some parts of it were better than others. I had to be really vocal about what I needed for her to get it right but it wasn't the worst massage I've ever had. Also I didn't like the air freshener smell. I recommend they switch it but I just sprayed my own perfume to get through it. The leg and feet massage was the best part. read more

I discovered this place thanks to a friend that had Dr J. Newton (chiro) that saved him with a back injury! Dr Byrne is now taking care of my ankle since I got injured. Her professionalism and knowledge is top notch like Dr J.Newton. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Byrn. She is so integrated, knowledgeable, and compassionate. In Los Angeles, there are so many doctors who only care about making money rather than patient needs, but Dr. Byrn is the one who never fail to listen to you patiently and I got wonderful results as I was in strong pain. I got no recommendation nor advise from neither the Dr nor the assistant. Made another appointment ( in person) for Saturday and they were not open on the given appointment time. You refused to mail me a copy of my file. You said i had to go to the office and pick it up. When I get there you tell me I am not allowed in the office and TOSS A COPY OF MY MEDICAL FILE OUT THE DOOR ON TO THE SIDEWALK. This isn't even a complete copy of my medical file. Where are the papers I signed that have my name, address, insurance info, etc. You tossed a fraction of my medical file out the door (is that legal?) and it is STILL not what I PAID YOU FOR.
