Instead of marking down Ocean Street in Hyannis he put it as Ocean Street in Boston. Our driver was lovely and addressed the issue quickly. However, this morning my husband had multiple missed calls from the owner. When he returned the call he was addressed by a very angry, very aggressive owner who accused my husband of calling him a liar, told us the driver could be fired over this, and then when I chimed in he asked why I was even speaking and that I was part of the original problem. The owner then asked us to pay more for his mix up instead of just assuming the responsibility and eating the cost. The overall approach to the situation and lack of professionalism was shocking.
